Inventive gem in the heart of Flagstaff, Shift is a must stop for any foodie visiting Flagstaff. Everything here was decadent, and I especially recommend the pickled fries and the gelato appetizer, those two really stole the show!

We happened to walk in and it was EXCELLENT! Staying overnight in Flagstaff to visit Monument Valley. The food was exceptional and served beautifully. The staff was great and we really ENJOYED our meals and dessert. We had a warm berry dessert!!

Really cool restaurant in downtown Flagstaff. I loved everything about it - the vibe, the interior, the staff, the food. We had the pickled fries, the two pasta dishes, the duck, the sorbet and the coconut pudding and all of it was delicious and refreshingly different to the usual fare in the southwest (including the portion sizes). We sat at the community table and had a nice conversation with the other people there. The cucumber sorbet with the goat cheese was so delicious, I had to order another one. Prices are on the higher side but it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Some of the best food we have ever eaten and Felicia was a top notch waitress. You will love it there!

A great Flagstaff gem.The service is always great and super personable. The food is phenomenal and always is something familiar but with modern twists. Drinks are fabulous as well.

We had the chef tasting menu and it was the best meal we have had in in a long time. The chef and her team worked meticulously on creating the menu and executing the plates. The chef's passion for her craft was on full display while we sat at the counter.

Wasn’t expected world class food in the tiny town. Ordered the Charcoal Mafaldine and it was quite delicious. The subtle honey glaze with the light sweet acidity of the tomatoes and the perfectly Al dente pasta was excellent.

Everything about our visit was top notch! Service was 5 star. Very interesting menu selections. Something for everyone. Dishes meant to be shared with generous portions at very reasonable prices. You might need to think “outside the box” from most dining experiences but check out the meaning of their choice of naming the restaurant Shift. We sat at the chef’s table and Chef Len was so friendly. She answered all our questions about ingredients and preparation which made the experience even more enjoyable! Another fine eating establishment in Flagstaff!

I had an excellent meal here while vacationing in Arizona. The tasty Escolar fish dish was perfect and the Warm Heart cocktail was a great yummy surprise. The service was very upbeat and friendly. This downtown restaurant was a great find for us while passing through Flagstaff.

Weekend away with the hubby and he surprised me with reservations at Shift Kitchen. A small plate community experience. The staff made us feel part of a whole community. We wanted to contribute, so we asked the head chef, to make us the dish you had the most fun creating. The dish, dishes, were an orchestra of taste, texture and mystery. Roots inspired by family traditions while incorporating the Native Land of the Tribes of AZ farm treasures. It’s Flagstaff's best kept secret. Can’t wait to see what menu the Chef comes up with next.
