Was great food. The lines were crazy long. But as we are waiting in line....masses of people, 2 managers Zeke and Emerate come out touring the store. Instead of jumping in and helping their staff w the backed up lanes...they chose to start criticizing their employees in front of us. Telling them to get people moving faster. Sorry buddy, that's your job as well. And you don't correct your employees in front of customers, especially as you are strolling the grounds during a rush trying to impress the head guy. The employees were doing an awesome job and didn't need further stress by these men.
Chicken was great juicy and crispy. Would've gotten 5 stars but the past few times I've gone I've noticed the Chicken has gotten smaller. Idk if I always just pull up when there at a bottom of a batch. Other than the smaller strips Chicken was tasty as always ?
Stoped here on my way to Four Corners Monument. The food was very good and the musice from the 80's n 90's was pretty cool. Great service friendly ppl glad my daughter wanted to stop here and have lunch...
The service was fast and good but the food just isn't good. The chicken was flavorless and unseasoned but crispy which they try to make up for with canes sauce. It's a preference though, what wasn't good for us might be someone else's favorite chicken. The best part is their bread which isn't good for a chicken place

Such a bummer! We LOVE Cane's in the Tucson area and all the young adults energy, spirit and cleanliness standards. Our experience at this particular location was disappointing. We (a party of 6) opted to dine in and attempted to enjoy our meal inside the establishment but the music (which we love--fun 80's genre) was blaring, making conversation at our table impossible. It seemed like we were dining in a nightclub (for lunch) versus a fast food establishment. In fact, the whole experience just felt loud, frenzied and chaotic. I overheard another couple commenting that they had never eaten at a Cane's and likely never will due to the pounding music. The food was delicious and the place was clean but the experience was simply unpleasant to dine in. The music was even louder in the women's restroom. Perhaps they can adjust the volume for different zones (i.e. have music louder in kitchen area and lower in dining area)?
First time ever coming to a cane's. Nothing really specially about it. It's just a chicken version of in and out burger. People at the front were not friendly I'd expect that from college employees. Person that called name for order was rude as hell.The food is ehhh. Can't really mess up chicken and the sauce everyone talks about, isa joke. Used ketchup instead had no flavor.But only good thing that this place has for it is the quickness. But if you only serve chicken and fries you should have it on deck all the time.2 stars for bad customer service and rudeness.
Curb order, very pleasant, friendly and patient order taking employee. I went specifically to get some chicken fingers to eat later at home because of the rave reviews I had heard about this place. Yummy!
These are the best chicken tenders you can buy. Plus that Cane's sauce. So good. The service at this location was great too. Quick service and no issues with our order!
Great service and incredible food! I was surprised with how fast we received our food given how busy it was. Canes hasn’t disappointed yet!
