Overpriced and is such a small PPP. The staff isn't the friendliest either. My family went in last week and it appeared several large parties had just left. I asked an employee if a specific booth was taken and she said no, so because the tables were all dirty we stood there with our kids waiting for her to clean the table. In no way were we trying to pester her or rush her. However, Instead of wiping our table down while we stood there waiting, she made sure to clean all of the other tables around us and gave us annoyed glares in the meantime (passive aggressive.) We ended up just sitting at a larger table she cleaned after asking if that one was open because she never came to the table we were standing at. We would have done that in the first place, but we weren't sure if they were reserved for other large parties. Communication and a smile are key. We understand you are busy and the world is short staffed, but just acknowledge us. There is no customer service anymore. I gave it 2 stars because the kids had fun!

My toddler daughter is obsessed with Peter Piper, and only knows the Flagstaff location. Decent food, but it adds up (as any restaurant lately). The main complaint I have is that most of the games are out of order...some for 6 months+. It's a smaller venue, so when there are less games available to play it is a definite bummer. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean.

Too expensive for what you get, unless you are there for the lunch buffet. No dinner buffet but $15 pizza and another $2.8 per topping for a pizza that could be found in your supermarket freezer section for less. Dough is tasteless and bland. Toppings however we're fresh and the highlight of the night.I would put it on par with Cici's which is a cheap buffet joint, however they don't have a dinner buffet and definitely not worth the price for a single pie.

Went here for their buffet on Wednesday 4-20-22, the day after my surgery. The pizza is always fresh, and hot. They only make enough for the amount of patrons in the restaurant and it wont get old and dried out.

Kind of pricey and I;\'m pretty sure they use frozen crusts, there are better places nearby for the same or better price. Taste isn't bad, just cheap.

Over priced for what you get. Wish it wasn't but $15 for a medium pepperoni pizza..... $14 for 30 minutes of games that are broken or just not fun........ very disappointed...... it was my son's first trip and he doesn't want to return.

It's way cheaper just to buy the time on the cards. DO NOT WAIST your money on the credits. But over all it was ok, alot of games were broken or started malfunctioning. I think they need a bigger game area by now. 10 years and you haven't expanded past an 8 by 10 to ft square maximum? Maybe 8 different games. And the games don't give you many options to win tickets either. Therefore you would have to be there "all day" just to buy the higher priced ticket items. The ticket winning ratio and game selection have never been satisfying here but the kids love it.! It's time to do some long over due upgrade to the facility. Scaping by with bare minimum is what this specific Peter Piper is doing. (Check your population in Flagstaff) that's a start. ?

The staff were very attentive, and kind to me and the kids (1 Adult, and 4 kids).Pizza was good, and the kids and I had fun playing the games. We had a good break from routine.

Strawberry crunch dessert pizza is so good. Customer service is great every time. Bread sticks were also yummy.
