So happy to find it open at 11 pm. Great post concert snack stop. Good service by young man.
Our food arrived cold and missing an item. The cheese on the pizza was literally solid. The chicken was cold. Not enjoyable at all. I could not contact the store about the missing item. When you call the number you're connected to someone overseas. No matter which option I chose the call was disconnected. I haven’t had Papa Johns in awhile and had a craving- unfortunately I was very disappointed in the food and ripped off.
Everyone has their favorite style of pizza. Papa John's for all their political controversy does have decent pizza. While it's not the best I've ever had, it is consistently good. They have frequent coupons and specials. Being close to nau campus means they are open late. This is one place that everyone can agree on when choosing pizza for dinner.
It's understandable that my order was late because it was Super Bowl Sunday. What wasn't okay was that my order was ready but the employee chose not to give it to me. I waited 30 minutes passed when they said it was ready. Thankfully, another, more responsible employee found my order (cold) and gave it me. I wasn't gonna wait another 30 minutes for fresh pizza due to the fact that I lived outta town.
1 because I can't do 0 | Would assume it was a great Papa John's but came in late with a car full of family and just needed some dinner on the later side. Called in and made order ran my card and promised it in 48 minutes with no delivery. If you just needed the money should have just asked and enjoy the tip!
The best Papa John's I've had the pleasure of doing business with. On Christmas eve our order $90 was stolen by a third party delivery service. Brian the manager showed general concern of our situation and offered to comp for our next order. Two days later I called and put in same order and he kept his promise and made it right even though it wasn't his fault the pizza was stolen. I will continue to go to the location for this reason. Thank you all! Especially Brian!
I haven't been to a Papa John's in almost 20 years. I was so happy that I could share this joy with my family seeing how they have never partaken. The Pizzas and bread sticks were spot on. The jalapeno and garlic butter were the icing on their great first experience. Thank you for hitting every one of our yum buttons.
Updated review:After 5 days, Papa John's finally upheld their obligation on my order.Hope others don't have to wait 5 days
pizzas good, just wish there was a better distribution of toppings. (this was supposed to be mushroom, jalapeno, and spinach) and there’s not much spinach on it.
Maybe it's just this location but the pizza was under cooked. It needed another 5 minutes....and overpriced. Delivered in about 20 minutes which was fine. Driver was nice.
