Found this restaurant in Google maps and was in walking distance from the hotel. Very nice appearance and inside has a really cool theme for decoration. Lighting is good too. Friendly waitress and checked back without being excessive. Had a really good salad and the lasagna with some unsweetened iced tea. Definitely worth the walk. Recommend Oregano's to all.

This was by-far one of the worst take-out orders I have ever placed while living in Flagstaff for 10-years. We made a $70 dollar order that included a house salad, Numero One-O Pizza, and a white sauce pasta dish. The salad was wilted and awful, the dressing that accompanied it was literally disgusting. The pasta was the only thing that somewhat was around expectations for the prices and reviews Oregano's has. The pizza was by far the worst pizza I have ever had and I've had some pretty awful pizzas. See photos below. It looked like it was made by a 8 year-old and the crust was soggy at best. The flavor was awful and it looked like it was kept in a freezer for 10-days before they heated it up to send out. Absolutely would not recommend any of the Oregano's in Flagstaff if they cook to this standard. It is a pricey spot for the worst stab at Italian food in the area. Go to FatOlives, Oreganos is essentially the same as going to Walmart and picking up a frozen TV dinner...
We had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs to be seated then once seated the waitress was rude and looked like she was upset about something upon taking our orders she said are you ready to take your order yet. I had just sat down less then a minute ago and didn’t even ask us if we wanted to drink something we had to tell her before she walked away. Then we had to wait until 20 minutes for refills. She also practically thru us out without even asking she came and packed our pizzas up & We we’re still eating you should always ask First. Only reason I am giving two stars is because the food was good

Not picking up here again. Ordered to pick up at 7:30. Got there at 7:25. Pizza was already cold, like had been out half hour sitting there cold. And the pazookie was undercooked goo. Overspiced pizza and a bonus hair! Yuck. Threw away over $85 and got kids drive through elsewhere
Staff was good. We had an order of quacatony on gluten free crust. I knew it was going to be smaller crust than the original and more expensive but they also have us so little quac that it didn't cover the crust. We have ordered this many times at several Oregano's and this was very disappointing. Could have lived with that but our table ordered 2 Bistro salads with both double meat. One had double meat the other did not and all the meat was burnt so much that the meat was hard to chew. The other salad...antipasto was awesome. And to top it off when leaving I went to the girls room and one door didn't lock and the other steal had so much toilet paper and trash on the floor I had to move it out of the way. Also the trash was over flowing. Just sad.Did mention this to the front manager privately so other patrons didn't hear and she only wanted to tell me that her hostess (who normally would check on this) was a male so no one has checked. Hello, your a female... go in and take care of it.Just very disappointing after driving 2 hours to eat there and not good experience. Hope they train better.
Pretty good visit overall. A little rough to start when the hostess said it would take 10-15 minutes to wipe down tables.. then they had already turned off the Bellini drink machine even though they didnt close for 40 minutes. Waitress was good though and so was the food, so they redeemed themselves in the end.
Absolutely delicious ??!!!!!! Just as I remember it (it's been a long time... we'll just say that). The food and service were absolutely amazing (even my kiddos are every...single...bite-and that's saying something)! We'll be back for sure!!!
Love their Puerto Penasco pizza. Other food is good too.
