We eat at this franchise all across the country. With the consistent good service, reasonable prices, cleanliness, and good food they remain one of our go-to stops when we are hungry when traveling and at home. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find good food consistently.This particular location has been very acceptable on many occasions when passing through Flagstaff.Thanks for helping us end two weeks on the road with a final good meal.
Visited this location during my Flagstaff trip.We were done with dinner, just wanted some desserts and ended up having a few drinks and tiramisu here.Service on point, drinks were good, tiramisu better.Will recommend.
Disappointed in catering delivered to our venue 6 minutes away with cold food/food that tasted stale and has been sitting for hours. Guy who delivered was extremely rude to us as well. This was for our wedding. The guy made me cry on my wedding because of how rude he was. Not deserving of a tip because extremely poor customer service and overall experience with Olive Garden catering from start to finish. They almost did not deliver our food because they charged the card at the last minute and it had declined, fortunately my brother stepped in for me as this happened while my pictures were being taken. My wedding guests almost did not have food, extremely disappointed.
I had order to go and everything was packaged really good except the tea. At some point the bag fell on the the side and by the time I arrived home (2.5 hours later) half of the tea spilled out. But the seal was still intact. Everything was still surprisingly warm and we ate. I open the tea and it was muggy. It also didn't taste rite. ? $9 down the drain so disappointing. The rest of the meal was great. - reviews won't allow me insert a picture ?♀️
I went there for a after graduation dinner for my cousin's graduation. We had waited 2 hours and service was quite slow. We were really hungry. When we were seated the ac was on full blast and it was pretty cold we asked our server if we could have it turned off, but he said corporate controlled the AC when we clearly saw the button that turned off the ac. We had no jackets and my baby cousin was really cold. The food was great but it was served cold.
Let people eat in some peace, please. Friday night is busy I get it. You want people in and out. But asking if the guests are okay every 2-3 mins and asking if they want some to go boxes and then setting the to go food on the table while they are still finishing up their meal is too much. That is not why people go out to eat after a long week. Fortunately the food was good (not always the case). I hope the restaurant GM reads this and implements “some training.”
Met the kids here for dinner.. We've been scattered since evacuation due to the Tunnel Fire so this was a chance to catch up a little and spend some time together. The service was excellent, Emily was back around quite frequently to check on us and accommodated the vegans in the group by putting cheese and dressing on the side for the salad.
Restaurant was very clean, service was fast, staff was friendly.
Tour of Italy was cooked great. Fettuccine was fire. Our server Natalie was the best. Her attention to detail and prompt service was what a server should be like. Attitude. Appearance and knowledge of menu was the best.
Took my family out for a treat and we had the best service I’ve ever received from Jessica! She was thorough and not only wrote down our order but read it over to make sure it was perfect. She gave us all of the options we could choose from and kept the breadsticks, sauces and salads coming.5 star service! Thanks lady!!!
