Rude customer service with the young woman taking our order. Talks rude, gives you a awful glare and very unprofessional. Only tipping this one time and never again as a customer. Have respect and smile by giving your customers a smile and welcoming feeling. Never had this feeling whatsoever when I go to other Mexican restaurants.
maybe i got lucky by the looks of the other reviews, but both times i've eaten here have been fantastic. everything soaked in red sauce just the way i love it. burritos and enchiladas are delicious.
Food was amazing, atmosphere was cozy and authentic, the salsa was so good it gave me the mojo that got me a girlfriend and also the churro saved my grandmother from diabetes
This place is a joke, food is prepared by cooks with no gloves, I watched them cook for at least 30 mins and not once did anyone get wash hands… On top of that they have food really close to the floor… And customer service is really bad. They will act like you are bothering theme and will send out half of the food far before the rest… Eat anywhere else..
Ordered carne asada fries, rolled tacos, carnitas taco soft, chicken taco hard, and a chimichanga at 7pm on a Friday. The red "salsa" was disappointing. Pure heat, zero flavor. An unfortunate level of heat and I'm from Phoenix, not New England. The green salsa, same. No flavor, just pain. I had high hopes for the green after recovering from the red. The rolled tacos were over-fried (brown) and the smidgen of shredded beef inside was jerky. The carne asada fries were stale (delivery takes time, but these were definitely stale before packaging). My 13 year old kid left food on his plate for the first time in months. Not a good sign. The rice and beans were yummy. One star for a great place to get rice and beans. Otherwise, I'd stick to Tacos Los Altos on the west side.
Got a breakfast burrito and it was alright. Service was horrible, Greeted the guy working the front "good morning" and he just looked at me with his bloodshot eyes looking like he was hanging from the night before not saying anything at all. When I left I said thank you Twice and no acknowledgement whatsoever on that as well. Didn't earn a tip from me, they lost my business and i will spread the word. I'll stick with Los Altos.
I have tried looking for Street TacosHere in Flagstaff!I went to servaral places, no luck at ALL! This places the food, as you can see, fell apart. Soggy, no flavor, just nasty. The hot sauce was very watery . Service was uncaring to busy looking at his phone.
Rude service. The cashier was a female and she was rude, also the cook. No customer service. Such a shame bcuz it was my first time trying this place out and I had high hopes in it. But overall the food was okay I guess. The enchiladas were too watery. It was more of. Smothered burrito. ?
I ordered a chili Verde burrito and it was tiny and mostly rice. I paid almost 20 dollars for a burrito and a jarritos and could not have felt more ripped off. I have worked in restaurants and I would wager they use a microwave for everything on the menu.
not authentic at all. not even close, also not that good. i came here with high hopes; the old fashioned look of the place, the spanish music playing loudly and the attached mexican candy store really made me think this was going to be like the mexican restaurants in the valley or at least like los altos up here but nope! it was very taco bell like. definitely appealing to the white folks who aren’t from the valley and think taco bell or chipotle is real mexican food. either way two stars cuz the rice and beans were bomb.
