Excellent service and really good food! We were recently in town using Flagstaff as a home base to explore the area, and they took wonderful care of seven hungry dudes everyday we were there (including a couple days when a few of us ordered lunch to go, as well as breakfast). We just had no need to stop anywhere else before hitting the road for the day.The chorizo burritos seemed to be a favorite among the group, and the scones were stuffed full and delicious. Also, for a bunch of New Englanders, we were impressed with the quality of the bagels (something we take pretty seriously around here).Great job and thanks again! Extra props to Wendell(?) for just being a solid person and making us feel welcome.
Their fixie and fixie lady are my go to! I also enjoy their flavored ice tea and golden milk during the right weather conditions. My kids love their chicken salad sandwiches on GF toast, and my husband likes to get their breakfast burritos (not gf). Someday I'd like to order their Kale salad, but I don't think to go to kickstand for lunch because they're not in my neighborhood. Service can be hit or miss, I think they're more attentive to dine in service than drive through, or maybe their just short staffed. They do t have that happy upbeat wicked AZ or Dutch bros vibe, more laid back employee engaged rather than customer engaged in my opinion. I'm bummed the discontinued they're stamp cards, I have like 10 free drinks but they supposedly stopped accepting the cards. Overall, I love their unique drinks, GF food options, drive in option, and dine in atmosphere is pleasant. Parking and service are hit or miss.
I love to frequent local businesses and have visited this place several times. Coffee and food is great. My issue is that the wait time is always long. I likely will make other choices going forward unless I have time to wait.

The line for the drive thru was not long, however we waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. As this was the first time coming here, we had a couple questions about the menu that were not answered very well. The sandwiches were not that great, quite bland.The employees were not that great either. I have to wonder, do they not enjoy their time here also?

I’ve been coming to Kickstand Kafe for years to work on my laptop and usually have a pleasant experience- decent coffee, plenty of space to work. This week I attempted to use the printer to print an important document and went through the process of pre-paying online only to find out that the printer wasn’t working. It wouldn’t turn on despite being plugged in. I asked a barista if she could help me and she replied that the printer “sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.” I asked another barista if she knew how to make it work and she replied that “sometimes it works in the mornings but not in the afternoons.” It was not busy in the coffee shop but neither took the time to troubleshoot the printer. I explained that I had pre-paid online to print my documents and that if the printer doesn’t work, that they should put an out of order sign on it so that customers don’t waste their money. The barista said that she’d ask her manager if “maybe they’d want to put a sign on it.” She was dismissive and incredibly unhelpful and I won’t be going back due to poor customer service.
Veggie burrito is Devine! Cold brew was strong and good but the 12% service fee is quite much and we even did drive through.We paid $29 for two burritos, a small cold brew and a small vanilla latte. Definitely over priced which is very unfortunate.
I ordered the kicker breakfast sandwich and didn’t really care for it. The flavors weren’t anything exciting. The coffee was good for sure. Overall I think it’s very overpriced for what I got
