Placed on online order, got delivered to wrong address, then called to let them know. Was told that another order would get sent but never received it after an hour. I called and told a worker who then just got hung up on me. Then called again, and finally someone got me the manager to get a refund.
The food was great, but this is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here about five times and it’s the same. I feel like they are deliberately taking their time or something. Even when I was the only one there. Again, the food is great, though.
We’re traveling through flagstaff and stopped here for a bite to take with us to go. I ordered a regular beach club and opened my sandwich in the car. It had NO turkey. Just cheese and tomato. Since we’re traveling we’re too far away to go back and have it fixed. Extremely annoyed that I paid for a sandwich that didn’t have anything on it.
Closed before advertised stores hours. Hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. 10 p.m. is Friday and Saturday. Got there 9:30 Saturday and closed. So thank you from this very hungry person for being closed. My husband and I had worked for over 12 hours that day nonstop, without breaking for lunch or dinner. Jimmy John's was on our way and you were closed. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!! I think being closed constitutes as worst service ever.
Can't speak to the quality of the food, as they never delivered any. We're passing through Flagstaff and ordered some Jimmy John's to our room. We ordered and paid online. I got the confirmation email. Then I got the cancellation email. The email stated no reason for the cancellation, but gave me a number to call for help. I called the number and no one answered. The phone rang until it hung up on me. So we ate somewhere else.I've had Jimmy John's before, and the food is good. This location didn't seem capable of taking my order unless I ventured down to their shop. They were open when I drove by to get food from somewhere else.
There is a reason all the other stores in town have already closed, This one is next- Horrible service. BTW you all should really be wearing hair nets or hats. the food may not be greasy but that guy without a hat or hair net hair sure was....So gross
Bad customer service! Bread was over baked, sandwich tasted stale and salty. The guy who took my order was very rude. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but not today. I tossed it.
Took 20 minutes to give us our sandwich and the tall white brunette guy is really mean.
I agree with other posts, this place has gone downhill. Ordered food was told 20 minutes and waited an hour and half still never received it. Manager stated really busy and basically should just wait for it. Requested a refund will see how long that takes.
Smelled weird. Bread was old. Was convinced that after a 16 mile run there was no such thing as bad food. Was proven wrong.
