Worse place I've been to in a while. We get to this by restaurant after driving all night, we stop because it's says it's 24hr and it's one of the only places open. We are told the system is down and it won't be up for another 30-45min. There is nothing else open so we decided to wait. An hour later we order online and are charged, okay cool, system has to be back up then right? We go back thru drive thru and sit and wait for the voice on the intercom to let her know we already placed our order amd we are here to pick it up. 15minutes go by so we drive back around and wait again. THEN THEY TURN OFF THE MENU LIGHTS AND ALL THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS!!! We drive up to the window to get their attention to at least get out money back since we obviously aren't getting service here and ignore our honking and knocking. I can hear by the sound of their laughter that they must be working really hard. By the way it's been 30min and I'm still waiting for my refund. Ha and now the grill is messed up so they're working on the order slowly but not surely... because you know your grill is messed up.
All food was covered in grease, just a mess. Somehow got a taco with no meat in it..
Hadn't been to a Jack-in-the-Box for breakfast in quite a while. This particular Jack-in-the-Box made it worth the stop. Clean restaurant and my order was ready in good time.
Quick drive thru in the morning. Friendly order taker good service.
Food is made fresh and is tasty. Sometimes there's a wait due to them cooking the food fresh. Breakfast is served 24 hours a day.
Terrible! I ordered two tacos, and they were disgusting! The lettuce that came out of the top look like it had been dehydrated, and the lettuce on the inside of the taco look like green disgusting stuff. It was cold and old. Very disappointed! I hope it was just a single occurrence.
It was ok they took there time for being empty. The buger ordered was ok it was dry and the bacon was to hard. The tacos where over cooked. The only thing I really liked was my fries ?
I ordered the meat lovers breakfast burrito. It came out with a melted and congealed slab of cheddar cheese on top of a slimy piece of lunch meat ham and a patty of sausage with some egg and bacon. The texture was awful. That being said, I think the rest of our group enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches.
Good food. But this store has some scope of improvement. The store looked deserted.
1st time, good burger ? average fries.? Now I can take it off the list of food to try.
