Medicore and reasonably priced. Don't expect much from a chain restaurant that is comparable to Denny's food quality. My ham was way to chewy and salty. Also, the bread was overkill with butter and oil. Finally, my has brown portion was only three bites. Overall, stay with the basic and hope it is not heavily coverved in butter, oil, and portion size is questionable.
This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had. Once we were seated the waitress come over about 5 minutes later and said did we need separate tickets. Being that I'm a little bit older than my wife that was very inconsiderate and rude first of all. Then we ordered drinks which didn't come for about another 5 minutes and then our food was received very cold the only thing that was warm were the hash browns and the hash browns in itself were not good the condiments were not there the waitress took two syrups off another table a Jason to us and handed them to us as we asked for my little boy's pancakes that were very cold along with his eggs that were very cold the customer service was at most okay the food itself was not so great. This is not one place I would recommend going. Thank you have a great day
Went to this place with my three kids and a friend today. Used to be a tradition for us but we will never return. Waited for everything. When we were seated - it was abrupt and no silverware. Not acknowledged for 20 minutes and the waiter finally said he’d help us. Took our order and then waited for food that was very cold, overdone and just gross. This place is not what it used to be. Gross food, mostly poor customer service. I agree with others - support local businesses who truly want your business. So sad for my children to end this tradition but time for new ones.
I hope I have the right server name ( got it from the receipt). Kayden S was hands down the best server I have ever had. She was kind, welcoming, attentive, nice, and accurate. She constantly checked on our table and was extremely nice to the kids. The 4 stars are for her. Now the food on the other hand was horrible...the wait was long and the food was cold AND I think they forgot how to make omelettes! I counted at least 6+ people in the back and at one point we were the only table...so I'm not sure why the food was so horrible. If you do go...avoid the omelette.
I have been in customer service for years. I can completely understand when a restaurant is busy. I can even over look messy because of being busy.However I can't over look lack of common decency, to your customers. The waitress we had got the order wrong never brought silverware and never refilled our drinks. She was likein another world. Rude inconsiderate our food was cold and hash browns arrived when we were done eating what portion we could stomach.How ever the waitress Sam there she had several other tables and some how managed to wait us brought, she continued checking on our waitress sianna passed by as if we were there. We sat next to the kitchen. Sam brought silverware and napkins salt an pepper . This girl is an amazing waitress.

March 7th Ordered on line after a night out. Got there and waited till app said food was ready. Go inside there's absolutely no around. Wait about 10 mins still no one. Walk around poke my head into door going into the kitchen. See the cook and ask him if I can get help. He says "they are outside smoking" really!! Buy now it's 15 mins into waiting. I try calling the restaurant to maybe get their attention. Nothing!! Another 10 mins and a waitress who looked pretty tweaked out comes in and says be right with you. Another 5 mins. We are at over 20 mins plus the 30 the app had us waiting is at 50 mins. She comes back again and asked what I had. By now I'm realizing how filthy the restaurant is. Dirty tables, trash in the floor. And still no one in the dining room doing anything. Waitress rushes out hand me the bag and says sorry as she rushes away. I check the bag and there's no syrup, no butter, silverware, not even all my food. Of course the waitress is gone. I wait for the cook to come out the bathroom and he starts gathering everything for me. Never did I see the waitress or anyone else besides the cook again inside the restaurant. Finally after 30+ mins waiting for my order, I go to my car to see my waitress and a group of other people, chilling and smoking next to a van in the parking lot. I still never go back to the dumpster fire of a restaurant. The service is horrible, restaurant so dirty and it not even worth the time. The cook was amazing though. He is the only redeeming quality in that place. The rest was a complete joke!!!
Wet disgusting got our food wrong from Postmates please support local breakfast places in flagstaff instead of this one it’ll cost the same amount just better quality, this was so bad I hope whoever was working at 1:00am-1:20am on 3/12 gets fired seriously I am so livid they didn’t even try found a HAIR in my food ???
Food was great and arrived hot! Obviously understaffed, but Brayden didn't let that affect his service. Poor kid was tired. Everything was clean and would return.
This was a first stop and we left about twenty minutes later. There was only two tables of customers in the restaurant. The only server told us the wait would be fifteen minutes and that all the tables were dirty. The tables were not dirty but there was only one server. He can't back after twenty minutes and told us plus two other families that came in that again all the tables were dirty and the wait would be forty minutes because it was only him. So we left.
