I loved it! We were on the road and the name cought our attention. The breakfast bagels were awesome and so natural. The camomile latte with rose and lavender was the best latte I ever tried! Unfortunately didn't take any pics since we were in a hurry but if I ever visit Flagstaff again I will come to Eat n' Run! ?

I was surprised by this place. Very clean, nice decor, and great food. The latte I had was excellent and their smoothie was too. I also loved their breakfast burrito.

Stopped here on our road trip and it was worth every bite! The Tuscan chicken sandwich was AMAZING! The smoothies were blended perfectly and my son raves about their cinnamon rolls. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in Flagstaff!

Great wrap and sandwich at a non cookie cutter casual cafe. From out of town and glad we picked the place. They also have coffee drinks, smoothies, and breakfast items.

Honestly, kind of disappointed. The hoagie roll is massive and super dry and the meat/veggie to bread ratio was pretty off. I live right around the corner I was hoping to have a good sandwich place close by, but for $13 I probably won't go there again. You can get an equally fresh, larger sandwich from Jersey Mike's with twice the meat/cheese and veggies, and a better roll for the same price. The ingredients were fresh, sauce was good, and the salad was good, but the sandwich was a bit of a letdown. Maybe next time I'll get a different bread.

Awesome place to literally \\\"Eat n' Run\\\" when you're passing through Flagstaff on Route 66! The Thai noodle bowl comes with a spicy chili dressing/sauce, but the marinade they use for the chicken is delicious enough. We got our kids the grilled cheese \\u0026 fruit side. The bread is on the thick side, but it's super yummy. It tasted like it could be homemade bread. I bet you the grilled cheese would pair extremely well with their tomato bisque soup!

Service was good and the place was clean. I really liked the bar that faced out to street. It's a nice view and something to look at while sipping on some coffee. My issue was with the foods flavor and price. I'm not afraid to pay for good food, but this was kind of ridiculous. The portions were small-moderate and the prices were well above what you would pay at any of the nearby diners. The pork that comes in alot of their dishes was the worst part. It's a sliced pork like deli meat and it was so dry, no amount of salsa could fix that. Why not just roast a pork shoulder? They are cheap and then you could provide fresh food and maybe justify those prices.

Fresh food and friendly service! Ordered the lunch combo with the Waldorf salad and green chile soup. It was absolutely delicious. The apple cider vinaigrette is definitely one of the best salad dressings I’ve ever had.

SO GOOD! Relaxing cafe vibe with delicious food and coffee (free refill on the drip — a pleasant surprise!). We got the bagel sandwich and one of the avocado toasties and it all exceeded expectations. Friendly staff too and clean/modern interior. We’ll be back for sure!

I've had too many good experiences here and I'll chalk up one disappointing visit to a bad day, which we all have occasionally. I appreciated a prompt response from the owner. I'll definitely be back!
