Negative zero.Don't go here. My order messed up and then when I attempted to call no one answered after it rang for at least 3 minutes. And after a few attempts of calling they finally answered, even while I was completely calm and collected instead of the manager resolving an issue she hung up. I hope it will be resolved. Thanks.
Worst Del Taco I have been to in any state. They screwed up order. They make fun of you. They did something with my drink as well. My daughter got food poisoning from the borrito.
Wasn't greeted in the drive thru for several minutes, finally ordered at the window after waiting another 5 minutes. Order a bean and cheese and the put like half as many beans as they normally do, I've been to del taco all over the country and never had such terrible service. The manager literally has her underage kids working. Sooo unprofessional.

Staff were not the friendliest. Our order was rather large, however we were charged for an order that I told the cashier we did not want, and then we did not receive the order we were charged for. Staff made it right no issues, I likewise have worked in fast food and understand mistakes happen and am grateful the staff fixed the issue, just wish they would have been more friendly. All of our food was very delicious!
I never visited a DelTaco prior till tonight. The service was so far above my expectations that i felt compelled to write up a review for the individuals working there (Sheldon, Cheyenne, Eric, Jesus). My food came out so fast I didn't even get a chance to fill my beverage cup before it was done. More importantly I got to witness the service of a few other customers in front of me in line and I think Sheldon is someone deserving a closer look. Being the small business owner that I am I could see that he has the attributes that has the ability to be a bigger factor in an organization. His passion to satisfy the clients is infectious to those working by his side, and the way he leads
Dine-in Yuck! the dining room is always dirty, I never find a clean table - no matter the time of my visit. Bathroom Yuck! looks like the weekly cleaning was missed. The food is good and consistent across the chain. I visit for the prices.

I'm staying at the Hampton inn right nextdoor. The cashier doesn't listen. 4 times I said it is to go. The burrito was cold and the fries barely cooked. Will NOT be going here ever again. Seemed like I, the customer was nothing more than an interruption to their day.
Clean tables, competent staff. Cashier repeated our order back to make sure she had it correctly. Special order burritos came labeled and were made correctly. Much appreciated!
