My favorite brewery in flagstaff! They always have something interesting and creative on tap and they are the only ones in town really doing sours. Plus they make some really good barrel aged beers. They also have swag and cans to go. To top it all off the food is provided by Pizzicletta which is delicious. They have a couple classics and a couple creative pizzas, all of which have a delicious crust (and I'm not normally a crust guy).
Awesome place with a really nice beer selection and delicious pizza! We had excellent service and the place has such a pleasant vibe! I would've changed our pizza selection tonight but that's only because we selected two pizzas with mascarpone, (had to substitute that on one due to being out of ricotta). Our pizzas were on the rich side so next time we will order a tomato based sauce pizza instead! Overall, a great experience!
Great place to visit for a blonde stout and some food - a great evening with fast, friendly service even at their busiest of times. Great ambiance and a lot of fun!
Probably one of my favorite pizza spots up in Northern Arizona. Excellent beer selection and amazing food! Staff was super friendly, outdoor seating was great & has an outdoor patio! Highly recommend this spot for anyone!
We stopped here in order to try some of their brews. We had some tastes but weren't impressed with any of them enough that we would fill a growler. We found a nice corner in the back with comfy chairs to taste their brews.
When you’re looking for that spot that has a great vibe and excellent pizza this is the spot! The olives are drenched in olives which is delicious and all the pizza is mouth watering. Would come back!
Wood fired oven pizza.... crisp crust right? Nope the crust had to be the soggiest I have ever had and I have eaten Garbage pizzas before. I honestly don't know how they charge $16 for these pies. Margherita pizza had 3 measly pieces of basil on a 6 piece pizza. Funghi pizza toppings were good, but crust ruined experience. I am sure there has to be much better options in this college town.
Best Pizza in flagstaff by far, every time I drive up from Tempe I have to stop here. They have vegan options too! Their beer menu is deep with a lot of options that can make everyone happy. Noticed other reviews mention it is busy, it is (as it should be, it's so good). If you plan on going on a Fri/Sat at dinner time be prepared to wait unless it is just two people. I always go and put my name down then run to the bar at the monte vista for a drink and run back when I get the text my table is ready. It is worth the wait every time! They also as of February 2022 are expanding into the building right next to them, it looked like the expansion was close to done. A whole extra indoor dining space and outdoor patio!
I drove by Dark Sky Brewing, the mural on the building caught my eye, so I found a place to park! Theyhad 10 beers to choose from, plus a pizza joint attached. I did a flight of beers, $9.
The staff really helped us through some disappointing times. When we came here in June 2021, on the first day we arrived to AZ we found out so many trails were closed due to forest fires. That was the bulk of our trip, and ruined. Therefore, our 6 day stay in Flagstaff turned out to be 3 days instead. We went to Dark Sky a couple of times and the staff was very understanding of our disappointing trip with all the things closed due to the forest fires, and even made some suggestions on where to go in AZ west of Flagstaff, away from the forest fires. Staff so friendly. Beer was very good too, so that is why we came back!
