I was excited to see a Culver's outside of the Midwest. I took my family there on a road trip and everyone liked their food. I would recommend trying their cheese curds and custard. The pork tenderloin sandwich and butter burgers we got were also fresh and delicious!
Great food and great service! Hands down the best burgers in town! Possibly the best fast food in town! Both visits have been hot and fresh. Even with several cars in the line, the wait time is not too long. The drive thru team is always pleasant!
The garden veggie burger here is always so good! The service is always good as well and the food always tastes good.
Super delicious pretzel bits. The kids menu was more than filling with the cheese butterburger ($6.80 + tax). Ordered ahead of time through their mobile order.Food was ready when I arrived. Super friendly service!
Walked into a dirty lobby and dirty atmosphere. While we waited, up to the time I began my order... no smiling faces or welcome. Counter was sticky and smelled of mildew like it had been wiped with a dirty stinky rag. The area behind the cashiers was a mess!! While waiting for our order, a lone worker was preparing drinks and cold desserts, dropped a plastic cup. Then the workers side stepped, ignored it until one almost fell tripping over it. We were given melting custard in a cone while my husband's root beer float had one small blob of custard floating in warm rootbeer. We went to sit at a table and it was dirty also. Sorry, Culverts, we won't be frequenting this establishment anymore, we were upset to waste our money there.
The quality of the food is consistently good. The place is very clean and the staff does an excellent job.
Ordered the cod dinner with slaw and fries for take out. After I got home, there were only fries. No slaw, no tartar sauce, no ketchup. The cod was better than I expected, but the dinner would be much better if all the sides and sauces were included.
Culver can not ever do me any wrong. I loved the tickets being paper it means not cross contamination which is very good. Maybe Texas will get that. The flagstaff Culver’s was opened at 10am and we were ready to eat and the first customers. It felt like home and I will continue to praise Culver’s for its customer service and quality good yummy food. The location was clean inside and out. Small amounts of ice/snow melting but no complaints
Incredibly informed counter staff. One young man was so helpful to the senior crowd who had come in for lunch. Knew some guests and made conversation kindly and briefly. Our food was hot and delicious. Staff was cleaning the ladies room as was needed. Great experience.
Tasty fastfood. First visit. Ordered drive through based on recommendation by the order taker. Surprisingly good. Will be back to try more food items, if running into this chain again. Tried a butter burger of some kind.
