we wanted to try crumbl out since we don’t have any back home, and it was absolutely worth it. the chocolate chip and toffee cookies were perfectly thick warm and gooey, and the sugar cookies are appropriately cold dense and sweet. it’s pricey, but the cookies are GIANT and can easily be shared over multiple days. definitely worth a try.
Clean store and smells great. I actually like their ordering style. Introverts rejoice, because you place your order via kiosk and barely have to interact with the employees at all! And our order was ready so fast. Cookies were warm, delicious and huge. I'd say they are worth $4 each for special ocassions. Do yourself a favor and see what variety they have that week BEFORE you go.✨️
I ate a giant Rocky Road cookie, and it was delicious. It was the best cookie I ever ate. Angels sang as I ate the cookie. I can tell it was made with love. Your employees are wonderful bakers. They should get a raise.
Definitely a lot of hype about these cookies. My family loves them. I agree they are good. Very heavy, and very sweet. And super expensive. A trendy option that is fun to visit from time to time. I wish I owned a franchise, I imagine they are profitable.
This place was really good! Small little place that you can order yourself. Employees were really nice and helpful. A little over $4 a cookie, but should be tried at least once!
About 90% of the time that I purchase a bakery cookie, I take one bite and pass it off to someone else. It’s a high percentage because I love to try new bakeries, but rarely enjoy the cookie enough to finish it. I tried five of the six cookies that I purchased, and wanted to finish all of them. The cookies are huge, dense, and delicious. Totally worth the price!
Crumble Cookies are so yummy the menu is forever changing, their presentation is beautiful and they come complete in the perfect shade of pink. Definitely recommend for any and all occasions or for absolutely no occasion at all. Get one just because you want it! You will not regret it!
Someone gave me a $5 gift card so we decided to try Crumbl while we were visiting Flagstaff. One cookie came to $4.87 with tax. We tried the brownie cookie which was warm and good BUT underdone in the middle. For that price, it's unacceptable that it was underdone.
Honestly love the cookies. They are yummy. But the last two Saturdays we have gone in, and they are out of the cookie that we specifically went in for. Just makes the trip disappointing when they don't have what you wanted and you don't find out until have you made your order on the kiosk and paid. Then get stuck with cookies you didn't want.
I enjoy going in and having the staff be so friendly. They always are able to answer my questions and give great descriptions on texture and flavor of a particular cookie. I love being able to order on the app too and running in to pick it up.
