Lovely service in person, but I ordered online today and they totally ripped me off. Apparently this is a company wide issue and it’s ridiculous. I paid thirty dollars for two bowls and I barley have enough food for one.
That didn’t taste right. Tasted like everything had been sitting out for a good amount of time. All of the trash cans were full and most tables were dirty.
The food is flavorful, well cooked, and the staff is kind. You currently can’t dine inside because they are undergoing some remodeling but the outside seating is a great option. It does get busy with college students during busy times. Plenty of parking and a great view of the city!
Ordered on app to pick up. $53 bucks,we got half sized burritos and a quesadilla with zero sour cream,and very dry.. These app online ordering has caused lazy employees who dont make your food the way they would if your there ordering. And this happens at every chipotle. Dont spend your money unless your there to order. Disappointing! And we are regulars at chipotle restaurants!!
Food was okay, chips had copious amounts of salt. Customer service is seriously lacking. They are supposed to open at 10:45am, per the hours on their door. It was 10:55am, the door was open and when we walk in, we are rudely told they aren't open yet?? The new location on the east side has even worse reviews. Just don't bother with any of the Chipotle's in Flagstaff.

Great place, fast service and friendly people. Even though they were doing some renovations service was great.
We have ordered take out multiple times, and we will never do it again. They give you about 1/2 of what they give you when you order in the restaurant.So disappointed. We had mini burritos about 4” long and my wife had a salad and the bowl was 1/2 full.
They messed up half of my entire order. Ruined my burrito with sour cream and put fajita veggies in another burrito that wasn't supposed to have that. Don't place an order for pickup. :(
The worst burrito I have ever had. New to Flagstaff and decided to give Chipotle a chance. Definitely the first and last visit. Burrito was full of plain rice, absolutely no seasoning, maybe 2 pieces of meat and no sauce. I paid for sauce and queso neither of them was on the burrito. Basically I received a rice burrito with no sauce. We thought it was just mine, husband burrito had big chunks of dry rice, more meat but no seasoning or sauce. We ended up throwing both of them out. I do not recommend.
