Only place really open at 10 at night to get some sit down dinner. Was not really packed. Server forgot to put in our appetizers order. He remembered after hour food came. Seafood pasta was salty and watery. Then the server gave us the wrong ticket and though it was funny.
Ordered online and then called to make sure order was correct… they still managed to get the order incorrect. Small portions but food was tasty. Young lady who attended to curbside delivery was friendly and attentive. My service order was on the evening of 7/5/2022.
Baby back ribs were delicious. Margaritas are pretty good and around $6 can't go wrong with a few. The triple combo fajitas were also very good. Must have chips and guacamole for $6.99 least expensive anywhere.
Thank you so much to the employees today who helped me sort out a glitched order I placed online. I had to redo my order but the restaurant graciously had BOTH orders delivered to me since they had already made the first one. That really made my day and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of your employees
Had to leave a comment to the young yet amazing staff !! Food was delicious but the service was even better!!! They had a sign saying they were short staffed but the people they had went above and beyond my family's needs. Second time there, always visit north Az and will definitely be coming back to this amazing place. Keep it up guys, it does makes a difference.
Service was quick and friendly. Food was good. Just do not purchase gift cards from online! We did the $50 Mother's Day gift card promotion and the code disappeared from email, twice and the card was used in another state.
Had a little problem with my Togo food. For a dish w 3 chicken strips & one was way tiny. Like a nugget. Lol. Manager was nice & got me another.Check ur order to make sure everything is there. But that applies to any takeout order.Thank u for ur service & food.Quality & temp was great. Sometimes takeout is cold.
Josh was a great server but the food was very greasy and kind of thrown on a plate and thrown at us at our table. Very expensive and food quality was not stellar just your average Chili's menu nothing really to write home about.
Why four stars? This is purely my personal opinion: the table was wobbly and I really don't like that. The food was good, nothing fantastic - again in my opinion. The portions were not equal to the price. I paid $10 for half a sandwich and the middle was ice cold. Good food, decent service. Attentive wait staff. This location is full of NAU students, but that doesn't bother me, I was a student once myself.
