Always good service. Very friendly. I do online ordering and pick up through drive though. Food is always hot and correct
They wouldn't substitute a patty for an Impossible vegetarian patty. Even though they've done before at this same location, and was willing to pay extra. Manager got rude and snappy. Cancelled my order and went to the other Burger Kind on the west side. They said its no problem to make the substitution.
I went there and I asked for a side of fries, but accidentally pronounced it “slide”. The order taker went silent and I saw him running away from the facility! To my surprise, the order taker was lil durk himself. No wonder why he ran away when I said slide, because he still won’t slide for Von. ??
5/8/22 at 10:21pm.They stop serving kids meals at 10:00pm?Can't listen to the given order, and only after asking if she got the kids meal did she inform us of this spectacular rule."What, no we stop serving those after ten."Instead of ordering 3 meals and a kids meal we went to taco bell across the parking lot.Anyone want to tell me why you can't toss a kids burger on the grill after 10pm?Maybe you want to explain why your drive through worker can't listen to an order?Do better.
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal at 10 am. The chicken was not even heated up all the way thru. Still mushy most of the chicken patty. Fries cold. And got a rodeo cheeseburger and seems like the just heated the whole sandwich in a microwave. Bun, meat and all. Probably just microwaved the chicken patty also. Last time I'm going to this place. Get your workers straight.
For a fast food chain I honestly was pleasantly happy with our stop here. Our burger King in Our hometown is awful and barely staying open. So when we got a giant breakfast burrito with large pieces of real bacon and croissant sandwhichs that were so tall we couldn't get our mouths around them we couldn't believe it. A+ for this location. Also the drive-through window guy was very polite and the food came out quickly
We drove 10hrs from California. We wanted to stop and sit at a table and use the restroom.But the dining room is closed at 7. And the restrooms. What a joke. And when they gave someone their order after 7 and we asked since we needed to use the restroom, we were told they were here before 7.Since when is this a thing?! And no signs. Yup. This place is a winner.
Paying customers are not allowed to use their restrooms. Implement by their GM. As a customer you are only allowed to hand them your money but not use their facilities. Customer service was horrible as well. Never again
