Food was great! Loved the sindhi biryani
Guys you are closed for renovation right, so why you didn't update in Google???Takes 1 min of your time for update, I spend lot of time to come and you guys closed, not good.
Rice bag came with Creepy critters (Live bugs crawling inside). Poured rice to wash and all live bugs started to crawl around. (See pic). Serious Safety & Health Risk! Then store employee hassled me and told to produce a receipt, when tried to return item (within 24hours) instead of an apology. This is poor quality, experience and service this place represents and many others like it. Not only does ZamZam sell a product which posed a serious safety risk to me and my family, but when I took it back, I was accosted like I was doing something wrong. Why perpetuate a poor attitude when customer brings back rotten item you are keeping in stock and selling? I didn't do anything WRONG! Perhaps it was buying a rotten product from your store! Shocking experience. Also bought fresh meat (wasn't cheap) which I had to wash extensively to get blood out since it wasn't properly cleaned at the store! Hopefully the County and state health inspectors see this review and act! STAY AWAY folks. Keep your family safe!
They cut down business. Not enough products for every day use not good customer service no smiles on face I am very disappointed
My favorite Indian/Pakistani place to eat. Although they have really bad service, their food is out of this world!! I love their chicken tikka masala, their Bihari chicken, mixed grill platter, nehari and naan! I can eat here 3x a day if I could :). I have 3 extreme picky kids and no one complains when we go here, so this restaurant is a win-win for us all! Prices are very reasonable for all that deliciousness. There is also a next door grocery store if you want to pick up any Indian/Pakistani spices or meat. Overall great food but bad service.
Typically when i find restaurant I really like I keep going back but eventually run into problems with consistency. So far I have not had that issue with Zam Zam. The chicken is always hot but tender, the curry always tastes fresh, and the nan is always perfect. The location might be out of the way and the restaurant is hidden inside an old strip mall but it is always worth the trip. I highly recommend.
Great placeHalal Tahir chickenHalal meat goat and beef plus ground.A lot of Pakistani groceriesNice people
...zam zam chandler (NOT to be confused with zam zam phoenix) is owned/run by qamar...he has owned a few locations here in the phoenix metro area...if qamar is in a good mood, he can cook the most delicious punjabi food in arizona...if not (and he can get some dark moods), get the nearest taco!!!...chicken dishes (both with and without gravy are sumptuous and spicy)...so are the beef kababs...veggie dishes are limited in number (like daal/adas/lentil, chole/chickpeas/garbanzo, mixed veggies) but tasty...samosas, tikkis are acceptable...chai needs work...naans are well made...overall, a simple, delicious, flavorful, must-eat at punjabi restaurant...but, he needs to elevate it to the level of his previous 'Copper Kettle' restaurant...
Lady cashier is the best. Thats the only reason for giving 3 stars. You can get the HALAL meat there with better prices than competitors. Hard to find any other grocery items besides meat.
Not opened till 1120, and timings were 11 am. We were coming from tempe, waste of time n gas.
