The food was good, they have changed the menu since the last time we were here. So missed a couple items they no longer have. The service started out good, but then went down hill. The waiter did not write stuff down, and forgot items. Then he did not remove it from the bill.... very unprofessional.
Had a great lunch. The Diablo pasta is absolutely wonderful. My wife had the deep fried tamale and said it was perfect!Tom was absolutely the best server we have had. He has such a wonderful and positive attitude. We will definitely be back because of the way he treated us as well as the quality of the food.

Went there last night - I loved meeting Robert the COO that comes to visit this location out of Texas. He is really working hard to ensure great customer service. The entrance way is lovely! Right as you walk in the host greets you. The food is good and the drinks were awesome. Guac & chips and the cornbread is delicious. We had burgers (sliders) that were so well seasoned bursting with multiple flavors which I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea that they did brunch so I am looking forward to trying this out on Saturday. The servers, bartenders, and chefs are all so humble and appreciative. Love this place!
Went here for happy hour. They ran out of Grand Marnier for the margs, ALL of the apps were lukewarm. Cheese dip was so cold it was lumpy. The meat in the slider was hard as a rock. The quesadilla had been sitting so long the bottom was totally soggy. Mind you, NONE of this was inexpensive.We were going to have dinner, but NO THANK YOU! I will never ever set foot in this place again. It used to be good, but not anymore.
Yum!! Z'Tejas always hits the spot. I hadn't been for awhile, but I decided to stop by for happy hour on a Sunday. They have some great deals on drinks and food for happy hour, and it does not disappoint! The catfish beignets were fantastic; I loved the creole aoli to dip them in. You can't go wrong with nachos, and theirs were loaded with tasty toppings. Add a margarita to wash it all down, and you've got a great meal!
Always our favorite place for Tex-Mex food and outstanding margaritas while in the Phoenix metro area. Scottsdale location is also great. Been a fan of Z for many years and will continue to be as long as they are around. Bill and Aaron behind the bar are great and the team can't have a better leader than "Z" himself. Visit now. You won't be sorry you did!!
Great time good food good drinks
Was looking for good Mexican food because I’m from Texas and was missing home but this is not it. Their menu is horrible with no real Mexican or Tejas or TexMex influence—and sorry but I’m not paying $12 for chips. In Texas chips and salsa are complimentary. Ridiculous. I left without ordering anything after looking at their laughable menu.
Great service, ok margaritas. the Diablo pasta is Amazing. Portions have gotten smaller and its not spicy like it use to be.
