I’m not sure if new management or staff has taken over, but we got a redo order from an already bad experience, and not going to lie, it was straight up trash and inedible. Corn was not seasoned and tasted like grease, no one even finished their tiny piece. And like what is going on with these grossly done wings?? Like who is working here now, this place is not worth going to at all, go get yourself some frozen wings, and your experience will be 1000x better then going out of your way to waste your money on this nasty place. So sad to see another classic stop for our family get blacklisted by complete and utter laziness. Times are tough and choosing your establishment is such a sad and disappointing experience. Won’t be doing that again.
Wings smelled good, pickup for doordash and they had me fill the drink which seems odd but at least the wait wasn't too long. Restroom could be nicer
Great service and location. The lobby was clean the energy made the wait for my hot n fresh wings to be done go by easily. I ordered the garlic parm with the Cajun BBQ with a bun. It's definitely my favorite location to stop in. I like the way the employees interact with the customer their not statues at a register. Cool vibe all the way
About every 3 to 6 months I try this location hoping for better management but each and every time it fails.Management can't keep employees so orders backup.Wingstop can't add sauce to their wings or fries.Wingstop can't get the food packed together or work with their delivery partner Door dash to grab more than 1 bag.My recommendation is to go Wingstop in Gilbert or ATL Wings if that is too far. Wingstop Chandler location is a guarantee to ruin you meal.No complaints with the quality of food. Just go further down the road to get it.
Horrible service and food. While I was waiting to pick up food Sunday 2.6.22 @ 830pm there was French fries all over kitchen floor staff was walking on. I watched then prepare 2 ordered before mine using the same sauce pan and threw my order in sauce pan. I've ordered Louisiana dry rub for years its never been wet and so spicy , I just threw in garbage. . slop
By far the worst experience ever at Wingstop. The staff was very immature and unprofessional. They told me my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes. I waited almost 30mins. After 15mins of waiting and seeing 4 other customers come in, place their order, and get their food before I got mine, I finally said something. They just said "sorry it will be out soon". Then, the Dr. Pepper was out at the fountain. I asked for it to be changed. The girl said "Here give me your cup" and threw it in the trash and handed me a warm bottle of Dr. Pepper from the back. When I asked for a refund to go elsewhere they advised they didn't have a manager on-site to issue me a refund. When I finally got home with my food, my wings were mostly dry and I asked for extra saucy. I couldn't even bite through most of them. So the entire order went in the trash. Waste of money. I most certainly will never return to this location.
I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper combo and requested it to be well done both the fries and the drums. The chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. I had to put the wings in my air fryer to cook them all the way thru and the chicken was pretty much plain barley any seasoning. Go to another location.
Not very good service. We ordered wings (only 30 boneless) at 2pm. It’s now 5:30pm and they still are not ready. The individuals working in the store just want to give you a refund, when that’s clearly not what the customer is wanting. AND it took them like 10 minutes to refund us in cash..Very disappointed in seeing customer service like such.
It was really just average, the flavoring seems to be just poured over the the chicken versus, being cooked on it so it's nice and sticky to the chicken. They have added chicken thighs to the menu so I had chicken thigh combo about under ten bucks plus tax included fried, 1 dipping sauce and a soda good value I thought. The workers were great they got the order right and it came out quickly.
Believe all the recent reviews they are true. Our dips and carrots were missing. Dry rub wings were super overcooked. Could see the bones through the breading if you could even imagine what that looks like. Gross. Called them the night of and they told me they could give me a free brownie? I contacted corporate the next day and they offered me a free fry. I’ll pass. And never return.
