Comfortable atmosphere, welcoming & relaxing. Went on Saturday mid-day. Ferris was our waitor and he was outstanding in friendliness & service. We tried lettuce wraps with Brisket, hushpuppies, green beans, Brisket & half rack. I'm not a hushpuppies fan but these made me want to convert. So delicious perfectly moist inside & perfectly golden outside. Brisket & ribs stood out because they were both moist and do not need sauce. The meat stood on its own and that is the clincher for me. My favorite was the Brisket (and not too fatty!).They have sauce and is good (bit on sweet for me personally). Also Ferris shared they do have gluten free & Halal food upon request Will be back.

The pulled chicken bbq was delicious and smoky. The southern fried catfish was good too. Loved the hushpuppies, mac and cheese and curly cajun fries! This place has one of the best Nashville style bbqs.

Great customer service and entertainment!I had an issue with my first order of catfish nuggets being extremely salty. They were replace quickly with apologies.4 stars given for the nuggets coming with coleslaw and not fries, I don't think it was great value for the price.

I would like to start by saying I typically wait until I visit a restaurant a couple of times before I give a review. This place is absolutely phenomenal! My first time visiting was on a Friday and I enjoyed the live music and the food! The servers are nice and especially Rochelle! Management has a great attitude and after meeting Jasmine our experience was just that much greater! Last but not least, I got the opportunity to meet West who is a "Pitmaster"! The meat is smoked to perfection and this is me and my wife's new spot! Thanks for a great experience!

Honestly not the best BBQ. I don't understand the reviews at all. We went on a Friday night and it was pretty dead inside. We got the brisket sandwich and the brisket all meat platter. The brisket was so dry I had to douse it in barbecue sauce several times. Same with my husband's sandwich. Also the sandwich is priced around 15 and the plate at 21. They had the exact same amount of meat in them. my husband's sandwich came with fries but they charged us 1.50 extra for his fries? I don't understand. I got their green beans and they are just canned beans with meat added to them. I also got the BBQ beans and they were good I enjoyed them but It also came with the driest corn bread I have ever had in my life. The beer my husband got was delicious, my drink however tasted gross even my husband took a sip and said it tasted like a foot ?All in all we won't be back. Not good BBQ. If you want good BBQ head over to Bobby Q's or if your in the area and want a better restaurant all together I would go to San tan. They even have a BBQ plate that's better then this place.Seriously don't waste your money $60 down the drain. Also portions were small for the price.

Charles and staff were AMAZING!!! Went downtown Chandler for St Patrick’s Day and followed the AMAZING smell to West Alley BBQ!!! The ABSOLUTE BEST! Only thing missing was collard greens ?. Hopefully they will get Charles some to cook. Either way we will be back!!!

Fantastic place highly recommend a great food great staff great atmosphere

I went with the family, and we ordered too much food, but it was all very good. We tried several of the menu items: meat by the half-pound (pork and brisket), shrimp po-boy, brisket sandwich, and half rack of ribs. We also got the loaded smoked fries. The top picks out of all the items we tried were the half rack and the loaded smoked fries.

Great atmosphere. Food is fresh and available really late. So I can always grab some even on late work days

Food was pretty good, probably better if we had gotten there earlier in the day, my brisket was a little dry/tough but everyone else said theirs was good. Friendly/helpful waitress, quick service.
