I used to come here alot. The lady owner here is very nice. Ive been purchasing water and Thrifty ice cream on a regular basis for years here. But not anymore. The husband owner got very rude, angry and began yelling today, for supposedly "wasting water" because a small splash of water came out of my bottle as it got close to the top. I was attending the bottle and it wasnt purposefull.Maybe you could just request I be more carefull?? It was not even one ounce of water.If your going to yell at your long time customers (probably ten years +) and just be mean an angry, you're not very wise. Ive been paying for overpriced Thrifty ice cream here to be supportive of a local business. Ill look for an alternative location.
My family and I absolutely love this store the owners are amazing people and work 7 days a week and never take a day off. They’re always so professional I won’t go anywhere else to get my ice and water. My daughter loves their ice cream. That’s also where we stock up the candy stash from. I can’t think of a better place to shop a true mom and pop shop.

Best Water and Ice store in Chandler. The owners are always super friendly and helpful. Store is clean and lots of filling spouts means I can get in and out. My daughter looks forward to the shaved ice especially in the summer. We get compliments on how good our water is, all thanks to these wonderful folks! Lifetime customers here!

Every week that I keep coming to this store, the owners always took care of me. Not even 30 seconds, they will say hi and check up on every guests day. On top of that, they are super positive and happy. Which I love and love talking to them. I love this store and the owners. The owners are awesome and they are the best. This is why I come back to them every week. I appreciate them all the time. Thank you for your help guys
