Love that they have carts and it’s easy to get the water to refill if you have a lot of jugs. Employee was very helpful and show me how to turn the water on.
Great customer service. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly attendant. As soon as I let them know I hadn’t been in their store before he immediately showed me how things were set up. Really was quick and they even have conveniently located push carts out in front of the store for getting the jugs to and from the store. Prices are comparable to other options in the area.
Terrible customer service ever!!! Look for different place if you wanna feel welcome and friendly. I was their customer for 3 years without any issue until it’s transferred to new owner. The Indian guy told me that I used a gallon of water to clean my bottles, then he lets me go this time but will charge for next time??? But I didn’t use that much water, a gallon???, and the way he said just like he did a huge favor for me when let’s me go without paid extra $.35 for a gallon that he THOUGHT I used. When I complained about that he said he didn’t care. Well done.

Always great service from the gal that’s there. Love my bubble teas, and the kids love icees and ice cream! They also have a fave Japanese drink - Ramune!
I love this location. They are great. They now offer high PH Alkaline water and it is amazing. I have really noticed a difference in myself. The gentleman That educated me on their process was super helpful and nice, I wish I could remember his name! But the staff has always been super sweet and insanely fair prices. I love coming here. Highly recommend and drink more Alkaline water!!
