Been coming here for my family water for at least 8 yrs. Great tasting water, clean store, and yummy treats for helpers The ice cream is delicious and candy always fresh when we've gotten it. Personal service. Very nice people!
There is nothing glamorous about this store from the outside. It is a hole in the wall. But it serves the highest quality water at arguably the lowest cents / gallon. It also sells water containers including those that are PBA-free. Water and Ice store, at least this one on Ray Rd is one of Chandler’s hidden gems that everyone ought to know of and try, especially their water since everyone needs water.

I have used this location to fill our water tower bottles for some time. The water is a good quality and it's easier than using other venues or paying a service. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Staff very nice and helpful. I was recovering from a fractured wrist and the nice young man helped get my bottles in the car the few times I was there when I couldn't lift the 3 gal bottles.

Hours were listed as 10 - 7. Got there at 10am, waited for 30 min and still no one showed up to open the place. I must have counted 6 or 7 unhappy customers that came by to find the place closed. Apparently, this happens regularly here. I guess with no viable competition, they can make up the hours as they feel like it. Very disappointing ...

Had a great time there and love the shaved cones. Love the gentleman services he gives me and the time he talking to me. I would go back there again
