A worst service that I received. The food was ok but the receptionist at the counter was so rude. I ordered couple of items for to-go and they missed to pack butter and syrup. When I called, they told to come and pickup. I drove for 8 miles again. That was ok because we can’t eat plain pancakes. But the way the receptionist behaved was so horrible. They should learn from some good restaurant like chick-fil-a. I never go to this place again.

Good location. Good pie. (We only go for the pie.) Customer service roulette. Sometimes pie arrives after a customary wait. Sometimes the wait is so long that we joke that VI sent out for the pie. If VI runs out of a pie choice, the server seems to be the last to know.Customer #1 to server taking orders: I'd like the banana cream pie.Customer #2: Strawberry pie.Customer #3: Pecan pie.Server returns with strawberry pie: VI is out of pecan and banana. Please pick another pie.Customers: Ok, lemon meringue and peach pie.Server returns: VI is also out of those pies. Please pick something else.Customers: Tell us what pies VI does have and we'll pick from that.Server: I don't know that.If you have a sense of humor and aren't in a hurry, this is the place to go.
We tried this place for a late lunch. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. Our server took our drink order right away and was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the Turkey dinner plate and my partner ordered Pot Roast. Both were very delicious. We shared a slice of Chocolate Cream Pie. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms.
Fast service and the food was delicious, not too expensive either. Definitely recomend.
The food was very good, nicely done. Two thumbs up ??for the chef. The waitress however, needs to work on her customer service. She sounded a little snobby when getting our drinks and did not check on me and my family until we were done with our food. So no tip was put on table. Overall, service is still way better than IHOP. With the diverse employees, IHOP is racist towards native Americans.
I had to fish and chips and it was really good but I don't like pepper on my French fries or on my food. But otherwise it was pretty good in the lemon pie was good too I'd recommend this place in the waitress was really helpful
We usually order the pot roast ,no pot roast for days ?...Or straws...The pot pie that was ordered wasn't good at all- but didn't go wrong with breakfast order..Can't go wrong with eggs & hotcakes...
