Just no... we decided to finally try this place since it's closer to us than Joe's Real BBQ. The Chicago dog was cold and the relish looked like lime green jello - not appetizing at all. Mainly I wanted to try the peach cobbler, which was a good portion size, but I took one bite and threw it away, it tastes artificial/worse than store bought. I'm honestly so surprised and disappointed at how bad this experience was so I had to leave a review
I went back after my last review this morning, and the food and service were both excellent!!!!!! I'll continue to go back and really hope that the last time was merely a bad day for them. But today's lunch and service were both excellent!!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!
Great food and customer service. Jumbo baked potato is a potato lovers dream.
Food is fresh and good make you wanna slap your mama ..fish cooked crispy like I like it Red Beans and Rice perfect ?
Service was great. The Mac n Cheese slapppps. The brisket, though, was kind of mushy. I dunno if I’ll go back, but it’s worth checking out to develop your own opinion.
I’m so mad at myself for not discovering this spot sooner. I’ve eaten here three times this week and my mouth is watering for the fourth. Being from Chicago, I went with a dipped Italian beef, the beef/sausage combo, a hot dog and hand-cut fries. Each one was sooo good… the au jus was super flavorful, beef was cooked perfectly for the sandwiches and fries were amazing with their house BBQ. Owner Brenda is beyond friendly as well as the bigger dude that helped me yesterday (I didn’t get his name). All-in-all, I’ll be back again. And again. And again.
I, my sister , daughter, niece and brother in law love Tom’s BBQ. We live in different areas but once a week one of us is at Tom’s. My daughter and I were there yesterday. We tend to order the fry fish which we rave about it on the way home. The best fish ever. The fries, fry pickles not too mention the excellent and friendly service . Thank you
I have been looking for a place to replace my hunger for BBQ since I have moved here from KC. This place was an amazing surprise. The pulled pork, Ribs, Mac and cheese are better than smokehouse, RJ's and Wyandotte. I dare say the ribs are better than Jack Stack too.
this place is once in a life time. Food here is absolutely delicious and filling i am very satisfied with this restaurant and i love working here definitely didnt go wrong and the owner of this place is a very kind thoughtful women all i can say is we do it best only at #TOMSBBQ ♀️ ♀️
I have honestly never had such horrible quality of food. The slab of ribs I bought were supposed to be BBQ. The sauce was thrown on top. The BBQ beans were tasteless. I will not be going back for sure.
