This as by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering off Uber eats. Literally threw entire meal away. The “Vegas roll” smelled like bad fish and was completely wet and soggy. The teriyaki chicken was gross the chicken was rubbery and the sauce was like a gel, it was really weird. Also got crab puffs that were dry and burnt. Don’t go here.
went here with a group of friends. not sure what's got the employees so angry buy it also smells a little inside the building. maybe it's the old strip mall? it stinks thoug
Worse Suchi ever, not fresh , and to much honey , they don't make it with the heart , almost 30 dlls for this ? no wonder is always empty.
I'm obsessed with their Las Vegas roll, but the reviews here are incredibly concerning. I've never been disappointed with their food, but multiple people finding bugs in their orders is enough for me to never order again.
Tried a few meals through uber eats. It’s not pleasant at all.The tokyo house sushi was completely drowned in sweet sauce, but whatever fish they put in there I couldn’t even tell what it was. The only positive thing about it is that the deep fried part had a nice crunch. But everything about the sushi did not taste like good sushi. The crab wontons literally tastes like a mcdonalds chicken nugget but worse. Instead of whatever pink goop they put in there, replace it entirely with warm cream cheese. And the noodles shown in the picture literally tasted like playdough but with almost no salt. I don’t even know how they managed to do that, but they managed to make that meal comparable to an inedible kids toy.Skipped out on the free egg roll because of how awful the other 3 were. And I’m biased towards asian food!
I ordered the bento box, the orange chicken was crispy and good flavor. The star of the show is the teriyaki chicken. Legit the most flavorful I’ve ever experienced. The chicken egg roll was “ok”. Sadly I was not a fan of the crab puffs. A solid restaurant and fast delivery! Was very hot and yum.
Chicken Katsu don that was delivered had an overall bland taste. The rice and breaded chicken were soggy. The egg on top did not have flavor. It did however provide an abundant serving of rice. After slowly eating the entire dish, I ultimately decided that it was indeed overpriced. The response from the restaurant is that “every restaurant has different styles and recipes.”
I would of rated a zero if it let me. I ordered there Teriyaki chicken when I got home it had bugs in it, took picture as I do not live close by. Tried to ask for credit on that dish as I come here often and was told not to order from there again by owner. So I will not and encourage everyone not to as well.
So I ordered on DoorDash, and the manager reported my review and it “did not meet community guidelines” on the app. All I said was the truth which is “the food was not fresh and the golden crunchy roll was soggy.” The manager responded “my cook makes everything fresh so I disagree,” and then I guess he was offended. Despite this, what I said is true. The food did not taste fresh, and even if it was fresh all that means is the sushi was not good. The golden crunchy roll was not tasty and the crunchy part was a little soggy. The Philadelphia roll was also not the best for what we pay for. However the egg roll was really good and so was the Miso soup.
My bf and I ordered through doordash. It's the worst orange chicken I've ever had. The orange sauce isn't flavorful. The chicken was squishy and breading was greasy and soggy. The crab puff were burnt and the filling wasn't good. My bf said the teriyaki was decent. I thought it tasted funky. I'd skip this place
