Would have gotten 10 stars if possible for the first night my family and I went. The customer service was excellent and the food was absolutely amazing. Our server was probably one of the best and friendliest servers I've had in a long time. Highly recommend the meat lovers spaghetti!!! Try the cotton candy limeade too!! We decided to take my mother and sisters 2 days later but unfortunately did not quite have the same experience. The restaurant was barely half full and were told it would be about an hour, no biggie, we went and played games right out front. We were called in not even 15 minutes later, and they proceeded to attempt to fit a party of 6 plus a baby in a 4 person booth. I let them know that we needed a larger table in which they said they were all reserved. After the terrible inconvenience for them, a couple sighs and an eye roll they let me know it would be 10 minutes. Finally got situated in our new booth, it then took another 10 minutes for someone to come by and say she would be a minutes, once again no biggie. Everything was fine after that until the food came, it was very disappointing this time, tasted nothing like a couple nights before. Everyone was quite disappointed with how the food tasted. So all in all I guess it depends on who is working that day. I still do recommend this place highly.
The feeling of being rushed when you have a salad and the main course comes out while you are not halfway fine with your salad. I am glad I didn’t purchase an appetizer. Two of the three course meal out at once. I do not recommend this place for dinner. The third course was brought out on the check try. You don’t serve food on a tray that does not get cleaned what a terrible dirty place to eat for dinner!
First time eating here and wont come back. Look at the spoon I got, that is absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. The food also taste bad and the seafood has an odor.
Skip the cheese bread. It’s good, but not necessary. You will have a lot of food coming your way. Plus they give you a warm loaf of bread with butter. Just stick with that. Salad with pesto sauce. It was okay. I got the Managers favorite and paired Mizithra cheese with browned butter and white clam sauce. After taking a few bites from each one, mix it all together for a salty, high carb, high fat, dinner. Yum. Then a little scoop of spumoni at the end.Our server was amazing. He moved here from California a few months ago, and I hope for him the best. As an ex Californian myself, I know the transition can be hard. He was friendly and efficient, and sadly, I forgot his name. But I can see he is a hard worker.Hopefully this place stays open, because it’s always sort of dead whenever I come here.
The customer service is always wonderful and the food always amazing!
Super cool restaurant.. my first time visiting and I’ll definitely return. I ordered the appetizer “Garlic bread” omg!! It was so delicious, it vanished before I could take a picture lol ?. I also ordered fettuccine Alfredo and had grilled chicken added. The chicken was juicy and tender. I haven’t touched the fettuccine yet. I’ll eat that for lunch tomorrow. The chicken didn’t make it either.. what was supposed to be a taste testing, turned into me eating the entire chicken breast ??♀️.. it was just that good. Staff was friendly. The trolley booth was a cool, unique touch to the place. The only thing I would recommend is that if someone is ordering to-go.. make them aware ahead of time what’s not included with to-go orders. I was looking for my marinara sauce to dip my bread in. When I told the polite staff the sauce was missing. I was told then that the sauce doesn’t go with take out orders. I didn’t understand why but our waiter had no problem grabbing some for me. Very nice of him.
There weren't very many people when we arrived after 3, but it seemed everyone was super slow. When we got our menu we understood why. They gave us the dinner menu, even though it wasn't 4pm yet.☆▪︎TIMELINESS....MOLASSES☆▪︎STAFFFRIENDLY☆▪︎CLEANLINESSLOOK AT THE FOOD DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR IN THE PICTURES☆▪︎FOOD / TEMPEXCELLENT TEMP.FOOD WAS DELICIOUS BUT I WASN'T EXPECTING BONES IN THE CHICKEN.☆▪︎CORRECTNESS OF ORDERCORRECT☆▪︎AMBIANCE. we went yesterday had a party of 11. 2 little kids. 2 of the people ate house salads. our service was horrible our order was wrong half food didn't come out until after everyone was done eating. food had 0 flavor got garlic shrimp fettuccine 0 garlic in it they made every excuse in the book for no flavor asked if we wanted something else? why so we can wait again? not one person liked their food. 0 discounts were given manager couldn't give 2 shits about anything we had to say. my husband and I went 1x we thought it was good food we wanted to take our friends and family to show them great food and a cute restaurant but we disappointed big time. worst valentines ever. & they even said they were slow so it wasn't because it was extremely busy.
Our waitress Hannah was very sweet and gave great service so she deserved 5 Star review. This review is mostly for the restaurant. When you first walk in the place looks nice but there was an odd smell lingering in the air. We were seated at a booth that was close to the kitchen door and as time went by the smell became stronger. Ive worked in restaurants before and it reminded me of the smell that the drains get when they get backed up with old gunk. You can tell they have cleaned because the dining room was still kept up. Tables and floors looked clean and weren't sticky so that was a plus. I just think they should get the smell taken care of.
Service was good. Drinks were excellent. Food was mediocre, was expecting a lot more since menu wasn't what it used to be. If your serving 1/4 your normal menu it should be excellent. This visit it was not.
