Chris, server, was very attentive and was overall excellent.
The food came out at a nice pace and it was superb.
All our steaks were cooked to order and tasted great. The lettuce wedge salad is always very good and the twice baked and baked potatoes were good. The service was excellent, and the environment was enjoyable. We enjoy eating at the Keg at least a few times a year.
The Keg in Chandler never ceases to amaze at the fantastic food and service! The Steak and Lobster combination was absolutely amazing! Tender, well cooked steak and the most delicious lobster ever. Well done!!
After a busy day of travel, we sat at the bar and had the most excellent service and the food was really fantastic. It was a great value for a wonderful steak restaurant.
Dinner with friends on the outside patio; a completely enjoyable evening. Ordered prime rib, same as my guest, and it was perfectly cooked although the cuts were inconsistent as one serving was at least a quarter inch thicker than the other. Shrimp cocktail was okay, not great. Cauliflower appetizer amazing, prime rib sliders as an appetizer were wonderful, tender and juicy. Ordered a scallop dinner and that was excellent, too. Finally, ice cream fudge sundae for dessert was fine, but not special in any way.
We had a wonderful experience from the moment we entered the front door. The hostess was seating a party ahead of us and the manager, Chris gladly took us to our table. We were 15 minutes early but seated right away. Our server, Dillon, took our drink order right away. The Calamari was great. Steak and Prime Rib cooked to perfection. Lots of Team work with Servers helping others. If they saw an empty plate at a table, they picked it up as they went by. From appetizer to desert it was a very pleasant evening. We enjoy the Keg in Chandler and usually try to stop in once a month.
birthday dinner with friends. 4 in our table total. The music was a little loud for conversation. and our waiter Dylan was not very attentive. We had to ask for drink refills and bread refills, more than once, even he was walking past our table dealing with tables in our area. The last bread refill never arrived at all and he had no answer for us. Very non caring attitude! Weâve dined with you numerous times and never had this slow service. Our reservation was at 4 pm, so thereâs no excuse. Thank you for listening. Robin
The setting is typical for The Keg. Peace and quiet. Our staff was great and informative. A few items had changed since our last visit to The Keg as it has been over 15 years. The food was well prepared and the flavors were outstanding. If I may suggest, the desserts are wonderful. Definitely a wise choice for us to celebrate our anniversary.
