This is a nice location. Food is decent and the staff is super friendly!
I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. It deserves 0. I literally bought food for myself and children. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and I didn't even receive what I asked for. When I called taco bell on Alma School and Warner to speak with the manager and explained how I received the burrito all she said was sorry and I asked for a replacement and the manager literally laughed and said just because it isn't folded correctly and I said no that's not the reason but the manager was so unprofessional. So disappointed with this location and I'd never returned to this location.Shout out to Taco bell on Cooper and Warner for replacing my burrito without a hesitation and for being so understanding.
I’ve never been to a Taco Bell well drive thru was so friendly. My order was accurate and everything was literally perfect. I don’t know if I caught them on a good day or what but I definitely had a pleasant experience
I have ordered here using grubhub and put in the order to have the tomatoes removed off my tacos and my nacho bellgrande, as i am allergic and can not have them they did not take them off my tacos, i have asked grubhub for a refund on the affected items and they agreed. They need to take a bit more time to make sure the food is made correctly with online orders because you don't know why they took said item off, maybe they don't like it, or maybe there allergic and it contaminates the food so they can not eat. i personally understand that things happen and your in a rush at times, but what i learned from fast food is to take your time and make sure the order is done right.
It's taco bell. Would be 5 stars if they could move driv through traffic along quicker. Have messed up our order a couple of times.
This would be five stars but they took away mountain dew kickstart orange and I have no desire to order anything with drinks again. It was the only drink I liked.. No, loved. I love that drink. I miss it every day
I frequently visit this Taco Bell, and have had very few negative experiences. The speed of the drive-thru can be slow, so if you are impatient, probably not the best place. However, the staff always greet you with courtesy and are always making sure orders are correct before proceeding to next window.The only reason I am giving a four star review, a few times i have been shorted items such as cheese sauce for my nachos or given a gordita crunch without any sauce. Also, I was given supreme tacos when I ordered regular.
I ordered taco grand dell with extra hamburger and cheese, I didn't get what I wanted just beans and chips never going back there bad service.
Food was great, Baja blasts are the best. SUUUUUPPPPER long line but the people working at the window were super quick, we waited maybe 5 min with 5 cars ahead of us, would recommend going to this one if you want your food FAST
This morning was NOT okay at all. Whomever the guy was at the speaker box, needs to be let go. How he handled yesterday was SUPER POOR.I do Uber Eats. I received an order from the other Taco Bell location off of Guad & Alma School at 12am. On my way to pick up the order, another order came in from this Taco Bell (Alma School & Warner) it was about 12:21a when I sat in line, mind your I was the LAST car, while there were 8+ in front of me.Come 1am, I see this huge truck, at the speaker box, putting his truck in reverse, followed suit with some behind him. So another car came back around to tell me they’re doing serving orders for the night… that the man at the speaker box told her they’re were closed, it was 1a already. I believe stuff when I see it for myself & sure enough, when i get to the speaker box, he told me they were “done for the night, they close at 1a.” I even had told him I had been waiting since 12:20ish & he proceeded to say that “anything that hadn’t gone in before 12:45, the system automatically throws is out…”I told him that made no fkn sense. No other Taco Bell would have done that. It was disappointing to say the very least, also bc that’s our money you’re playing with, esp to have waited THAT long just to be shooed away? Absolutely not. We really have no way of telling the customers how neglectful they were with their food, and we have to take the L.
