Definitely is not the subway I am used to. The sandwich artist did not know which chicken is used to make the chicken bacon ranch (it’s a signature sandwich!) and may have been too lazy to get more from backstock and ended up making my sandwich with rotisserie chicken. It actually changed the taste of what I wanted. The chips were stale, it confident they would pay attention to detail at this point so wasn’t shocked. I am hoping there is another subway close to this location as this is closest to my house and subway is a good option on the fly, just not this location. Plus, I had to remove my card because the sandwich artist overcharged me and I asked him to look at it again for accuracy and he found where he was wrong. It makes me think that something shady was going on at this point as it was three strikes at this point. What is usually an easy thing to accomplish was a struggle for this location. Is it up to each location to train teams or is it a corporate training for brand and service levels?
Young kids very nice and respectful. They always say hi and remember what I like.
As much as I didn't want to give them a low rating... I felt I had too since it's happened more than twice now...First and foremost, customer service has been pleasant to deal with when I pick up my mobile order. However, my mobile order itself hasn't. There's been many times where my order has been messed up even though they have all the information needed to complete the order as instructed. I don't ask for much customization so it's frustrating. I wouldn't pay no mind if I wasn't charged the premium to add such items.My mobile ordering has been disappointing and will probably order from another location at this point going forward...

This location has a tremendous staff. Always friendly and hard working. They remember us each time we come in. This is true customer service.
The boy working there was apparently the only one there tonight and had a terrible attitude about it. The negative vibe made ordering food feel like it was such an inconvenience to this guy. Hey dude, be happy happy you have a job! Leave the negativity in the break room. Customers shouldn't hear about your frustration with having a job.

Stopped by at 4pm Monday. Cheerful, quick, and very clean young lady working behind the counter. Very organized despite being busy as heck.
