I Ordered a meal on the Subway app to be delivered. There was a problem with order. When I contacted the store the employee was too busy telling me how to place an order rather than listening what I had to say. Then proceeded to tell me to take it up with delivery company in which I did not use I used the subway app. After that the employee hung up and refused to further answer my call or deal with the issue.Following my complaint I was immediately contacted by the director of restaurant operations. He was very helpful and corrected the problem promptly.
If I could give no stars I would. I placed a delivery order a few nights ago on March 2nd and was charged for the order and waited an hour and a half to be told door dash who they use to deliver had picked up my order and shows delivered but it was never delivered and when I spoke to subway who's app I ordered thru(not door dash) I was told they can't do anything and won't refund because it was door dash drivers fault and to contact door dash(which of course they can't do anything because I ordered thru subway and paid subway directly) then fast forward to today I tried yet again because my kid really wanted subway and I had the money to get it for him finally well same thing happened with a different door dash driver and yet again subway "cant" (meaning wont) do anything and same with door dash and now I have no extra money and out a total of $43.30 between both orders with no food from either order for my kid to eat and not able to be refunded. This is absolutely ridiculous and can't believe both subway and door dash are treating customers this way and do not even care. WHATEVER YOU DO...DONT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER THRU SUBWAY AND THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY WONT HELP AND NEITHER WILL DOOR DASH.

Terrible attitude when she put Homey Mustard on the sandwich and tried to Scape it off and give me that sandwich. She become loud and rude because I had to request a NEW sandwich be made. It was to easy for her to become unpleasant towards me. She was happy to give her name for the review.
This location does not have Honey Green Tea. Why???!
