Fast service friendly bariatas and never messes up my orders
There was so much negative energy in this Starbucks on Sunday morning. Every one inside this Starbucks today just looked like they hated their life. The staff was bumping into each other, spilling drinks, arguing with customers, and all the customers were short with each other as well due to the environment inside. An effect of this environment was also a 22 minute wait to receive one drink even though there was no line and ordered in 30 seconds as soon as you arrived. It's 2022, and I don't need any of this negative ish in my life. I do not recommend coming here.
Nice location. First thing you notice when you walk in is the amazing smell of coffee. Inside was very warm and cozy. I would definitely come back to this location.
I really don’t know why I keep coming here other than the fact it’s right across the street and convenient but at this point the fact that they just can’t get a simple request for a drink right is ridiculous even after I ask an employee if she can add extra cream because that is what I paid for and asked for through the app she has an attitude and dumps out half the ice adds the cream and gives it back.There’s maybe 1/5 times I come here that the drink is made right. ADD EXTRA CREAM. It’s not that complicated.Even when I come in to order as inconvenient as the wait might be and I specifically tell them lots of cream little coffee extra ice they still manage to screw that up. I am better off making the drive a mile up and waiting a little longer at Dutch to get a consistent coffee everyday .Waste of money.
I had a really good experience at this Starbucks! The barista was very nice and gave really good advice about their drinks.
The best Starbucks around hands down, every employee was very friendly and very helpful! Such a great staff Thankyou!! I will definitely be making this my everyday Starbucks!!
I was super happy when Starbucks brought back their reusable cups option. As someone who cares about the earth, and that it is here for future humans, I wanted to support Starbucks in their effort to stop filling our landfills and the ocean with single-use plastic. I did not use a Starbucks reusable cup, but my own plastic free cup from Klean Kanteen. The surprise was when they used a single use cup to fill my reusable cup and then through the single use cup in the trash. I asked what was the point of the reusable cup if they were going to use and discard a single use cup anyway. I was told it was so I could use my own cup if I wanted. Screw the earth and future humans be-damned. So Starbucks clearly states there intent with reusable cups was to reduce waste and support sustainability. The corporate office clearly has some work to do at there local franchises to get them on board with there mission. I will not be spending $5 on a cup off coffee at Starbucks anytime soon. I have no interest in paying to be green-washed. I share this for my fellow human beings that care about the future of the earth and it’s children who will suffer from the choices we make. Do better Starbucks.

Great service but the drive thru line can get crazy, order ahead
Starbucks is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee besides my kitchen.
