This Starbucks sucks. Asked for a refund because they couldn’t make a simple vanilla ice coffee with cream, lady came back with a $5 gift card and no refund but whatever. Went to use it today, the card wasn’t even activated. ? what a joke. So I paid for a drink I never got. Plus no refund.
Best Starbucks in this complex can actually make drinks properly. Super nice, delicious amazing food as well as drinks. Line goes by pretty quickly with fast workers!
They had the least amount of seating of any coffee shop I've seen. Bathrooms had numerical pad locks witch felt unwelcoming. We ended up going somewhere else.
Not only did she say nothing for a full minute after I ordered. When I drove up to the window, I sat there for a minute. I have NEVER had that happen at a Starbucks! My 8 yo who was in the back seat asked “what’s wrong with her?” Needless to say my irritation was written on my face so she rolled her eyes at me. I’ve been stopping here because it’s right off the freeway and on my way to work but I won’t be back. Yesterday evening the barista was delightful. This evening the barista was lacking in so many areas.
The girl working drive at 10 am was absolutely horrible, profoundly uneducated, with one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen. Its as if she want’s to be that way lol I gave her a quarter so i didn’t have to get change back (total was 11.22) and she was LOST, had no idea what i was talking about, takes my $, and gives me $32 back with 78 cents in change, which is not what i was supposed to get back, so i tell her it’s incorrect and literally had a silent meltdown. Says NOTHING, goes and gets her manager so he can correctly give me my change, gives me ONE of my two drinks and says have a good day. im like, i also need my drink thats sitting directly in front of you, at this point i have my two drinks and i just want to leave. nope, she didn’t give me any straws. i ask, she gives me ONE, im like i had two drinks. I didn’t even proceed to ask for the drink carrier i asked for 2 mins before. HORRENDOUS, it should be a mandatory thing to be able to count.
Went inside and saw mosquito on cheese Danish. So gross.
I've been to this location 3x in the past week. Excellent each time. Kinda picky-quad blonde, steamed 1/2 & 1/2 with 4 pumps cinnamon dulce in a grande cup..... thank you for making my mornings better!
What can I say I am a Starbucks junkie! Quick service all the time.
My pup loves coming here for a puppuccino. The drive thru can be crowded during the peak hours but I didn't mind the wait.
Great service, usually my order is correct. This l did not get the soy milk in my coffee. Tasted terrible. It was regular milk.
