Absolutely waaaay over rated. Coffee bean is a coffee bean everywhere. Quit paying jacked prices at Starbucks. I'm speaking about all Starbucks.
25 minutes for 2 lattes in an empty mall on a Monday afternoon. Served with 3 Splenda and extra attitude. Whoever was working on the afternoon of mon 1/31 needs to be either retrained or do something else.
Very poor service, more interested in having a laugh amongst themselves then dealing with the customer and got the order wrong
They advertise they accept points but they don’t. They also didn’t honour my birthday drink ??

They actually had the ingredients to make a Caramel apple spice all the other locations keep saying they don't have apple juice or cinnamon dolce syrup
It's Starbucks, the earlier you go the coffee is fresher, otherwise it sits in the warming carafe and gets a bitter, almost burnt taste
