90% ice? I ordered a cold brew and received 90% ice. My drink didn't even last 5 minutes. I get prices are going up but I paid $13 for 2 drinks (one was a grande). This is ridiculous. If Starbucks is going to do this, I just won't go to them.
Honestly one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and courteous.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had just received news that my brother-in-law passed in a horrific car accident, and my fiancé was comforting me with a hug when Gabby walked up to us, INTERRUPTED a tender moment, and told us that if we wanted to continue with this level of PDA we should take it outside and around the corner. I was on the verge of tears, trying to cope with the terms of my loss, and she had the AUDACITY to inform us people had complained about us hugging. If people have a problem with grief and how I choose to deal with it, then I don’t know what kind of world this is. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
They have their mobile ordering on and the front doors locked saying must use drive through. Line is very long and now I am very late. Very poor service.
I have found them to be very slow compared to other stores recently. I'll drive the extra mile to the next one.
They sold out of almost all food items by 1pm. Next time I need to go earlier! Service was ok, not awesome, but not bad.
This location has always been our go-to. In the last year or so we’ve noticed a significant decline in service. Drinks are constantly incorrect (size, type of coffee, etc), and we’ve waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes on many occasions. Just recently, they gave us our order incorrectly twice before getting it correct, and it took 30-45 minutes to get three coffees, two of which were small and base menu drinks with nothing altered. A plus side I’ve experienced with this location in the last year is their employees are always very friendly, despite being put in seemingly frustrating situations when it gets super busy. I appreciate their positive attitudes, but wish I was able to get the order I paid for in a reasonable time frame.
I like the friendly staff here. This place has couple of seats outdoors and it is really nice to sit out and relax.
I used to frequent this place about a year ago and I don’t know what changed but I can’t ever go through the drive through without spending more than 10 minutes!! About a month ago I was the only one in line for almost 30 minutes waiting on a tea. This location is horribly slow, but the employees are nice. I just drive the extra 2 minutes up to the location at gilbert/ocotillo because it saves me time in the long run.
