The guy working the window at 5:30 pm on May 9 2022, said (while handing me my coffee), “Thanks for taking my job.” A completely unprovoked, xenophobic comment. Unlike any experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. He needs to be dealt with. And if I see him there again, I promise you, I'll be reaching out to your corporate office for a resolution.PSOh Ignorant One: I'm American born and you'd need a master's degree before I'd even consider your job worth taking.
Very rude when I spoke on the telephone, only asking if they still had cappuccinos and the threatened to call the police. I also found it very rude that they mentioned my dads name. God knows how they got that. My dad is dying of cancer and them making fun of him makes me bothersome. Would not recommend this place AT ALL.
Love it here! This location has a great staff who works hard, unlike many other Starbucks locations I have gone to. Always my go-to Starbucks. Only complaint is that the bathrooms never seem all the way clean, but that is not your biggest concern when getting your morning coffee anyways :)
They stated it was loud over the drive-thru mic and when we pulled up they were just talking and laughing with each other with only one customer inside. This is no excuse as they messed up our drink order and because they were too busy playing around rather than working they messed up in multiple ways and provided horrible service. I also did not like the snarky attitude of the man in the window. Never coming to this location again.
Starbucks are typically consistent, only item to note coffee wasn't as warm as normally experienced. maybe a one time deal.
Don't go here if you want them to make the right drink.

Understaffed but makes no effort to hire anyone this isn’t the only Starbucks that’s inconveniencing their customers.
Worse of the worse. Mobile orders is never ready when I pick up. That's after waiting 15 minutes in drive thru line. This is not just one time, but happens regularly. Drive thru line is consistently slow even when there are only few cars in line. Something is seriously wrong with this particular location. I'm driving a few extra miles to a different location to stay away from this one. I hope management will take notice and get this fixed.
I Love Starbucks even tho I don't usually drink their Coffee but it is So Good, everything they sell I've tasted cause My Baby Jaz loves this place n she Allways comes here !It was kind of Loud this Morning but everyone's gone now n it's Sooo Cold but Jaz loves this place n I'm happy with that , she's in College so she likes relaxing n doing her homework here so Thank You for such a Special place for My Baby ❣️
