Shout out to the man delivering food/drinks to cars today. When I ordered I didn't notice I only had orderd one Sour Patch slush with two very excited kids in the back expecting their own. Thank you for quickly helping me and getting the smiles on the kiddos faces. You didn't know that today has been crazy or that this momma has a lot on her plate right now! You just are an awesome human who wanted to helpThank you!!
We used the Sonic app. If you use the app all drinks are half price anytime of the day and all year round for people that live in AZ. On my last trip, it seemed like the staff were short-handed, but they handled it really well. Got my food quick, and the woman who brought it out was pleasant. Food was good
Ehhhh.. I was hungry. The cheeseburger was a typical fast food cardboard tasting burger. The hot dog was lackluster as well. I only had a mild stomach ache later. The banana shake was sorta goodish.. I wouldn't return unless I was dying of starvation.
Usually go to a different Sonic, but was on this side of town and stopped by. Placed online order and took an extra 15 mins after scheduled time. Wife ordered ice tea and it tasted old/rotten. When asked for the manager to exchange for a different drink, the manager hand an attitude and told the drink.
Guy that took the order was an arrogant bass bag. The fella that delivered the food was as cool as the other side of the pillow and the food was pretty delicious. I know this "platform" likes "detailed" reviews but not much else to say.
I arrived at this location in the evening around 7:00 pm on a Friday. This location was easy to find and clean outside. I parked in spot number 2 close to where the entrance to the building. I ordered online redbull slushies. Within 5 minutes I had 3 drinks and I was leaving to my next destination.
My husband and I ordered real fruit slushies and the service was excellent! Our order came out to us within 5 minutes! Thank you
They were only open for drive thru with no sign saying so. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were told their ice cream machine was being cleaned. They then forgot two of our orders.
Tater tots were tge smashed burnt ends. Burger tasted off and was also burnt. I would avoid this location.
Honestly awful. I came through ordering online. When I got my order there were no sauces including the cheese for the pretzels and the cream cheese frosting for the cinnobon bites. After realizing when I got back to the hotel I came back to get the sauces. I called and gave them my receipt and they at least gave me the frosting but they threw a bunch of sauces I didn't order in the bag and not the ones I ordered. How do you mess up that bad? I also waited in line for about ten minutes when I went to pick up the sauces with no cars ahead of me and few cars in the stalls. I understand wait times but the lady at the window was standing there the entire time .
