They came out with a new burger called the grilled cheese burger ?. It was really good. I'd definitely eat it again. They close at midnight on weekends not 1am like the hours indicate on Google. The sonic burgers are always tasty and delicious and the classic shakes never disappoint.
I've ordered from here a couple of times and the last 2 times the quality has been awful. Last time I ordered a Sprite Zero with diet cherry and was sent a regular Coke with cherry. I can't have sugar that's why I ordered diet. Tonight when I ordered the drink was correct but the double cheese burger was completely wrong. There was no cheese, I asked for pickles and onions both were missing as well. I was soaked in nothing but mustard and the bun was disgustingly soggy from it. Will not be ordering again. Wasted my money and time.
This place is legit! The ice cream blasts are next level; they really add-in a lot of mixins. The service is nice and the meals are served quickly. The location is in a rough area but still safe. The parking is abundant and there are some nice outdoor tables. The prices are a little high, but that is because of inflation. The pups cups do cost $.50 I guess, but they give you a lot of whip cream.
It’s been years since I’ve been to Sonic, and boy was I impressed. The menu has a lot of variety. The prices are great. The service is fast and friendly. The Butterfinger Blast was insanely delicious on a hot Phoenix summer night. The ice cream was smooth and almost like homemade. They did not skimp on Butterfinger. I certainly will be back and can’t wait to try some of the other options.
BEST SONIC IN ARIZONA. I went here feeling hot and hungry and My son was crying in backseat and the customer service and happy attitudes the staff gave at the intercom was so uplifting and my day flipped. GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE SAPPHIRE AND JENNI ARE AMAZING !!!
Like everyone else said this staffs needs fired and I’m not one to say something like that. My burger was running with water then half way through it tasted like dirt so gagged and threw away. My corn dog looks like the one in pic and was so burnt it was chewy. My onion rings were a group of onion rings not one separated nor cooked half way through. Shake was amazing but that’s it out of my 30$ spent and I’m still starving. Sonic I see the posts everywhere about this location for months on end with no action taken. Not only should this staff be fired your management team should be to. Not to mention the employees kissing on boyfriends out front instead of taking my order which I waited in line by myself for over 10min. Bye sonic it was nice while it lasted. Your going bankrupt and that’s the honest truth.
GO TO A DIFFERENT SONIC. I have eaten at sonic all over the state and have only had problems with this location. There is a difference between forgetting some sauce but to serve someone something so burnt and not even edible at this point isn’t a simple mistake. Called the store only to be told the only thing they can offer me is a replacement but I don’t trust this location to serve me food after this being my 4th bad experience with this store.
Most of the time this place is great with pretty quick service, and the food is overall pretty good too. But the last two times I’ve been here, the machine to make sonic blasts is down. They’ve offered the shakes instead which I did the first time going there but it was so soupy and watered down that it couldn’t have been considered a shake. Overall go there for the food but don’t expect to get a sonic blast ?
After 30 minutes of waiting in my stall. I push the red button again and asked if I still had an order coming to the stall. She rudely asked me what was on the order and when I repeated it she said oh yeah that’s coming just be patient. I feel like after 30 minutes at sonic. I’m being pretty patient. But who knows. Maybe it took a while to grow the Dr. pepper.
The guy delivering my food didn't bring it all out at once, made it seem like he had brought everything, then told me to chill out when he was walking away. Waited another 10 minutes for the last part of my food I ordered. Then I get home and open up my burrito and it's just thrown in the wrapper, half unwrapped. Poor customer service, poor attitude, poor food. Sucks cause it's the closest Sonic to me and I love going to Sonic to get quick food.
