This location must be cursed, always horrible. Ordered online for the family. Get there just after noon and the door is locked (they open at 10am). See them walk up from the back and he tells me (a bit fuzzy) they are closed (what??). I said we ordered and paid online. Sorry, call customer service. Total waste every time we try here, we give up.
I stopped coming her a year ago. The only reason why I came here today as because chipotle in the same parking lot was only taking online orders and alot of people waiting. So last min I came here and to no suprise it was garbage as usual! This place needs adult supervision as this young generaltion just sucks! The girl taking the order was nice and soft spoken. The blonde girl i believe her name is Ashley was ok too but now the 2 girls and boy in the kitchen….. they spent more time facing each other to have a huge loud conversation than facing the workstation counter and checking the order ticket to get my food right. You can fully hear their loud laughing convo from the front door! I stopped coming here because I have never had my food made right and all the extra charges of additives were always missing. The food is also overly salty.i dont know why I expected any different a year later! Today I was charged additional $1.60 for 2-3 small slices of avocado that I didnt get. I also didnt get grilled onions and the black been burger was so dry maybe over cooked idk but it was crumbling into small pieces. If these kids had been paying attention im sure things would be made correct. Never an adult in the building to keep an eye on how things are going Im thinking these kids they hire need a babysitter. I will now spend the extra gas to go elsewhere - anywhere but here!
Bless their hearts. Working so hard with so little. Short of staff and food. No tomatoes. No sweet potato fries. No Oreo shakes. Not sure what else they were short on, but many apologies from hard working young people. Wanted to give them all a hug.

Understaffed location, closes earlier than most due to that issue. Clean dining room, nice ppl working doing the best they can do. Had to wait to place my order. Old tea. Plenty of parking.
I used to work for the company back April 2016 - September 2018. I was one of the best fastest worker there FOH. But The district manager that used to work there Alex he was a two face he fired me for no reason. I really missed working there helping all the guests with no mistakes.
The best burger! Sweet potato fries are to die for, crispy and creamy! Staff was fantastic!
Consistent, clean, and fast service. Happy to find outdoor seating available. Haven't noticed any surprise menu changes at this point. Keep it simple. Do it well.
Walked up to the door this evening had a sign that said die to staffing closed at 8:00. And an additional sign that read closing at 7:00pm. It was 6:45 and I came in with two hungry kids. Upon walking on the chef behind the counter was rolling his eyes eyeballing us as we approached, said something to the cashier/ the cashier promptly greeted us with “are you picking up or ordering something new.” I replied ordering. Her response was we are closing soon so we are not accepting orders anymore. You are open another 15 minutes, but no longer serving customers? Fine, then say you close at 6, or 6:30. Or lock the doors when you decide to close early. That I can deal with. But to be open for another 15minutes, and have the staff say “we are getting ready to close” and basically don’t wanna cook anything else is not a good way to run a business. I totally get there are staffing issues especially i the food and hospitality industry right now….. but you’re going to be severely over staffed yet still significantly over budget when you are not Getting revenue during business hours because your staff is turning away customers. Oh well…. I guess smash burger doesn’t need the business….. (also saw them trim away two other people as I left)
This location used to be good but the last 3 times I ordered the food was so salty I could barley eat it. I won't be going back I suggest you find another location as well.
