The only reason I am not giving this place a one star is because I knew from the last three times that the service was terrible. However I wanted to give them another chance. Each time the chicken was good. Sad to say the waitress are either not trained or just don’t care to service me and my friends or family. I hate leaving reviews but people need know before you decide to go here. The service is just bad and there’s no apology for it. I recently moved to AZ in the chandler area and was told that the Sandbar has good food and drinks. So I went not once not twice but three times. The only thing I can say was consistent was the terrible service and the well cooked chicken. We waited 45 mins after being seated by a waitress for our drinks that includes water and we ordered this when we first walked in. Understand there was about 25 people in there not many by far. Waitress didn’t even say the margarita machine was down until I flagged someone down and told them our food came out but not our drinks. Instead of offering a different drink she said she was waiting until the machine was back up food came out no silverware. No how is your food is there anything needed. Nope, just a ma’am we will be with you in a min. If it wasn’t for the Cook bringing our food out we may not have gotten that. By the way that happened the last time I went I ordered but no food or drinks by the time the food came everything was cold but the chicken for some reason. They offered to remake everything else so 2 stars for that. I’m not sure but this is just sad. I will never go back there again! Good luck to those who do..
arrived on a record breaking temperature Thursday evening 115F. Misters and ac working well. Staff was courteous, and service was okay. Slow night possibly due to the heat as we were 2 of only 20 people in the place. I was told by others to visit here and see the action, they were here in early May so that could have been the difference? Food was average as was the price.
Music super laud. I do not recommend for relaxing nice dinner, unless you want to dance and listen to rap music. We try to get there early during the week they keep having super laud music. Our 3rd time and I give up. Many other places to eat with nice music and not super noise. My advice to the owner why not convert to night club but at least with nice mixing songs to dance.
The prickly pear mimosa was everything!! Be sure to order that The food was good too. But I don't think this is a great place for Sunday brunch because they ONLY have 3 brunch items on the menu (due to Covid cutbacks?) and service was a little slow (we arrived right at opening for brunch). But the DJ was live and by the time we left, more people had arrived so it looked like it would have been a popular spot.
Service was terrible. Stood at the door for 5 minutes to be seated, after we were seated, Had to stop a waitress after they past our table and ask to order because we sat for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. Food came and wings were good but asked for extra ranch which was never brought and asked for a beer refill also never brought. So by that time we were fed up and just asked for our check. Went for lunch. Party of three. $107 for special Cinco May 5 limited menu lunch. Plastic cups, plates, and plastic silverware service. Two tacos, some rice and beans on a 8-9” plate for $15.00. Had 4 small margaritas at $11 each in a cup way smaller than a red solo. It’s an outcry that this place could charge so much for subpar food and service. Stay away unless you want to spend money for nothing really!!

We held a dual birthday party for my husband and daughter this past Sunday and I got to tell you it was such a great experience from start to finish. Making the reservation was easy, the staffing was great by being friendly and helpful and THOROUGH with multiple tabs. We had pre-ordered balloons to be delivered to location and they were able to hold them in the back for us and store the cake if we needed. They were asking us how they can help with setup, we had a kids table that they were attentive to and the food was delectable. I'm seriously so happy we chose the sandbar it couldn't have been any better overall experience. Thank you guys so much!!
Once upon a time a great bar, until I was charged $17.50 for a drink. A drink. I'm not kidding- I get inflation, I really do but this is robbery. I should also mention that this was during happy hour. Yes, one drink, during happy hour, on a Wednesday cost me over $23 with tax and tip. One. Drink. Never, ever will I return to this place and if you're reading this I suggest you avoid it too.
Went here last night. Ordered some food. After the food came, I wanted some additional items (salsa, chips, jalapeno cream cheese). Our waitress was not around. She finally checked in with us after 15 minutes and I asked for the items. Ten minutes later, nothing. She eventually came by and I told her the items had not come. She left to check it out. Ten minutes later, still nothing. I went to talk to a manager (short muscular dude) who seemingly did not care about my unsatisfactory experience. Told him I would like a discount. He gave me the full bill and did not care to discount anything. I will not be back. By the way, I came here weeks prior to have some drinks and we had to order two or three at a time because the service was so bad. Find another place to go as this place is not well run. Very disorganized. And they don't care if you are satisfied. Very disappointed.
