I was in the area for the day and their large sign advertising 20% off caught my eye. I ordered to go and got the chicken pho and the first beef dish I saw on their menu under the "rice" category.I'm from San Diego and, as a big fan of pho, I've visited many vietnamese restaurants along the California coast. This broth was delicious and easily made my top 5 favorites list. The soup was generously portioned. The chicken was dry, which I've found typical with pho to go. The garnish was somewhat disappointing, as the lime and basil leaves weren't fresh. The beef dish was very good with a tasty marinade. The portion of beef was on the smaller side. There was a large scoop of steamed rice, five cucumber slices, and a small bed of lettuce. The food overall was four stars. I removed an additional star because I noticed after arriving home that I didnt receive the advertised discount. Each item I ordered was $12. That is too pricey for Chandler, AZ. For comparison, one of my favorite vietnamese restaurants in San Diego charges $11 for chicken pho, and $11 for a similar beef dish. The restaurant is located right by the water, in the upscale neighborhood of Point Loma.

Restaurant is really clean and has that shiny new look. Staff was really friendly, the chef even came out to check on us. I realize this is the new place on the block, but it was nice. We started with some egg rolls, had a lemongrass marinated chicken cooked perfect moist flavor throughout and tried a steak and meatball Pho. Broth was really good and it was delicious! Hopefully they can make it. Please go check them out as it may be the favorite Pho restaurant you have been looking for.

Came in during the soft opening staff was very helpful with ordering food was amazing would love to come back again

Alright if you don't mind the wait. Had to wait at least 8 minutes for a menu to come even though there were less than 5 people. They wee already already served and attended too so I was confused about the wait. Overpriced with less than average portions. However food was great and came out quickly!

Great food Michael the owner is very sweet. went for a birthday dinner with a large party. the only issues were that the seating was a little weird and our food came out 1 at a time.. but it was delicious... had the crab legs and many appetizers

Great place for Vietnamese food. I tried the Beef Noodle dish and it was tasty and the portion was satisfying. Very spacious dining room, which could be ideal for large groups.

It was ok. The pork was SUPER fatty. My wife's meal was above average. Might eat there again but not in a hurry to.

The food is authentic and everything I tried was delicious. They offer the usual favorites but if you're out to treat yourself special, this is the place. Live crab and lobster in a specially tweaked sauce. They are just settling into their new location so you may need to be patient with the service but the food is worth the wait!

This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been. Restaurant smelled like toilet and dish was so dirty. Table and chair was so sticky and dirty. They looked like it has not been even wiped forever. Food was not very fresh either. The worst restaurant ever! Please don't go
