Made a online order and almost every meal was wrong, sent a cup without any soda in the cup. Asked for multiple salsa, got only 4 out of the 10 we asked for. Asked for the avocado on the side as a family member has allergies to avocados. I could go on, but why! Overall and clearly this establishment could care less about getting any order right!! Totally disappointed and would not have given any stars but had to as they was the way to leave a comment!!!

2 classic steak taco plates with maybe 4 pieces of tomato (salsa), 3 pieces of lettuce, no cheese, and a handful of steak. Nevermind all of our food was cold. $50 at Rubios to use ingredients from home to complete our tacos. I watched the girl drop our kids meal tortillas on the floor and throw them in the bag! Flour tortillas were hard. This location sucks!

Order 2 Mexican street corn bowls with chicken one was without beans and an up charge for sliced avocados. We also ordered 2 pieces of fish. What we got was no fish, no avocados and the bowls were mostly rice. There was maybe 3oz of chicken, 2 tablespoons of corn (main ingredient based on name) and a small scoop of guacamole. What a shame I will not be back.

I came in on Saturday Feb 26 around 4:45 pm and ordered the Shrimp Trio and a bottle of water. The cashier was young and extremely polite he told me my total was $12 and some change so I pointed to the window where the picture showed $7.99. So he apologized and called his manager.. manager walks up and looks and say that’s the price sorry.. I said but look at your sign she said nothing I can do and only my manager can adjust the price. Ok so call your manager… he is not here.She was obviously in charge how could she not be empowered to make it right for a customer. I called your corporate office where the service was ehhhh… The kid at the counter was really surprised his supervisor did not do a thing to make it right.

We have eaten here quite a few times and the food is usually pretty good. The steak has gristle but most of the time it is a tolerable amount and we can pick out the bad pieces. Tonight however, both my wife and I got meals with steak and we couldn't even eat it. The steak was probably 90% gristle fat...the kind you can't even chew up. So disappointing!I called and talked to the manager and she happily replaced our meals with chicken, which was marinated and delicious!I really like the food most of the time and will probably eat here in the future but I think I'm gonna have to stick to chicken instead of steak...which really sucks because I'm a steak connoisseur. Rubio's I know you can do better. You guys really need to have some sort of quality control over the steak cuts you receive.

Went in close to closing. Dont serve food if its not fresh. Fish was very dry.... Food tasted stale. I would ask for my money back but I didn't ask for a receipt.BEWARE...

We very rarely do take out anywhere, but were forced to this time due to a tight timeline with other activities that evening.Placed an order online (the online system is excellent by the way) and went in to pick it up. When we got to our next location and started to eat, we noticed 3 things completely missing:-1 set of chips. We ordered a side of chips + chips with the kids meal. Im not sure which we got, but we only had one small package of chips in the bag.-Kids drink (apple juice). Nowhere to be found.-Salsa. You can select exactly what kind and how many online, but not a single one was included. Ended up throwing away the one bag of chips we did get since there was nothing to dip them in.I get none of it is major as everyone still had something to eat, but I hate being shorted stuff I paid for. What bugs me the most is doing this on to go orders since there's no way to easily fix the situation once the customer is gone (ie no one is going to drive 15 minutes round trip back to the store while the rest of the food gets cold).Someone needs to be checking orders before they're given to the customer.

Serve people Who ordered after you and when you ask for your food rude as heck from the manger they only care about Uber eats and door dash crap. Do not come here slow and rude

So dissapointed. We are San Diego originals and grew up eating Rubios at the original location in PB. Ordered food for my family and neighbors for the game through Grub Hub. Food arrived hot and.......dry. we ordered a grip of original fish and lobster (langastino) tacos. Every taco, every one had very little, maybe no sauce, which is what makes both these style of tacos. A couple hundred dollars spent for dry, salty fish with burnt chips and way less than a normal amount of salsa. Stay away from this location and opt for any other competitor with fish tacos. Such a bummer.
