Came in on 5/7 and ordered a chicken taco plate, avocado corn taco salad, and a large drink. My order came out to $33 which did not sound correct at all. After paying, my boyfriend looked at the receipt and there was an extra fish taco plate added, that we did not order. I went up to the register and the young girl gave me a refund. Things happen, I understand. I look at my receipt again and she added my order in wrong, she put down the mango avocado salad. I went back up to the register and told me that isn’t what I ordered. She states we don’t have a avocado corn taco salad. I informed her that it was on the menu. She suggested to have them take the mango off. So after that, I get my food and I t was completely wrong. Not what I ordered at all. Went back up to the register with my food and told the girls, this is not what I ordered. I showed them a picture of the menu from my phone. They told me they could remake it… but Perviously I was told they didn’t have that. I asked for a refund for that meal. The girls weren’t apologetic nor did they care. I will not eat at this location. Hope they get their act together.
Manager has poor customer service. Had a discrepancy on amount of food provided with large order, which I felt was light on the amount it should have been, based on past orders and the way they chose to dish/serve it. It may have been a miscommunication or just not providing enough food for what was purchased, but he did not apologize and was not able to calmly communicate. He did offer free meals but not pleasantly. I will drive extra distance to not go to this location again.
Bad service. Not the best food and rude staff. Ordered something totally different to what I got

This place is very unfriendly to people with allergies. Last time we were in we ordered no salsa Fresca since I’m very allergic to tomatoes and I still reacted due to cross contamination. When we came in this time we asked if they could have their cooks change their gloves to prevent this and they made a big deal saying they are far to busy to fulfill this request and they can’t promise anything. After we sat down the cashier Ashley came over and made a big deal in front of the dinning room asking what exactly we are allergic to after we already explained it when buying our food and made us feel very unwelcome. I’ve been coming to rubios for nearly 10 years at this point but I’m not sure if I’m coming back. I’ve never had an issue of getting sick from cross contamination here but many their standards have changed recently.
Food is good. Was meal and fountain drink worth over $17? Meh, probably not. Workers are there. Tables were clean. Always wish the drink area were kept clean.
Love the battered fish tacos. Can't go wrong ordering anything here.
Got the grilled gourmet chicken tacos and it took them 30 mins to bring them out. I bit into the taco the chicken was super cold. Won't be back again.
