Pizza is always amazing and ready to be picked up right on time.Please ask specific questions about specials. The Thursday offer "Free pizza upgrade" does NOT include the difference of ingredient prices, only the difference in crust price. This deal only knocked off $2 when upgrading from L to XL with 5 ingredients. Also, this location is still adding a PROP 206 charge with every order. Expect to see $1-$3 added to total. Customers are paying the difference in increased minimum wage to this location since the proposition was approved in 2017.
We shopped around for good pizza at a good value and have been coming to Rosati's in Gilbert (Queen Creek/Gilbert) for the past 3-4 times, there is *always* a pleasant voice answering the order on the phone who knows my name (thanks to caller ID..;-). We really like to get a 'well done' thin crust pizza for my elderly father, we love the deep dish, when we order its always ready when we get there. The weekly specials are worth it. We plan to make this our 'go to' pizza place. Thanks for the "Thank you!" signs inside the box too ! Great job!
The gentleman that was filing every position do staff shortage did an incredible job! Also went the extra mile!

My experience at Rosati’s was incredible! We had 40+ people in our travel party & the execution & organization was next level!! There was not one thing wrong with orders or plastic ware missing. Everyone’s names were labeled & it made for a flawless trip when on road with a college wbb team! There was not one complaint about the food. It was a great post win meal!
best place in town! great quality pizza and the dough nuggets are my favorite!
Cancelled our order through Grubhub due to delivery issues. We sat waiting for this notification for 35 mins so we had to scramble to order from some place different. Beware before placing a delivery order. Probably should call first and make sure they have drivers.
Been eating rosatis since the 80s / 90s. 5 star no doubt and the only pizza I eat without sauce.
Worst customer service we've experienced at a restaurant ever!! This was our first time visiting Rosati's, and unfortunately probably our last. Usually we're not picky about pizza but when you bring out an entirely different one than we order, it's a bit upsetting. Then management literally does nothing to justify the situation ? we left only eating 2 slices and the remaining pizza on the table. The manager, Jill didn't even offer to remake our pizza for us or give us a refund for their error
