I ordered a thin crust pizza, mozzarella sticks and a 2 liter. When the order came, I was advised since they didn't have a 2 liter available at the time, he replaced them with 4 20z beverages.That's above and beyond in my opinion. They very well could have just refunded the beverage without notice as most pizza places have done to me.The pizza stands on its own..it's delicious and so so worth it! Go try em out
Pizza was too cooked. Crust was burnt. Upon picking up the pizza, the guy checking me out was fairly rude and didn't communicate well. Last time I ordered at the Chandler location off Alma School and Germann it was fairly good. This time the Rosatis Monster deep dish was so burnt that we ended up throwing more than half in the garbage instead of having left overs. I also said very clearly, "no olives." It was loaded and my wife couldn't eat it. It was all she wanted on Mother's Day... Both pizzas ordered had olives. I spent nearly $85.00 on bad pizza. ? Disappointed.
1.5 hours exactly to deliver 1 large pizza and 10 wings exactly 5 miles away. It’s a 12 minute drive. I called after 1 hour and the operator said the driver was on his way. 28 minutes later I called back to berate them, and the doorbell rang. Much to my expectation after waiting that long, the food was cold. Not warm. COLD. This place is garbage. I’d rather eat the box from Caesar’s, not the pizza, the box.
Had the combo sausage and Italian Beef sandwich. It was delicious. I asked them to make sure the beef was drained to keep it from turning the bottom of the bun to mush and they did. 5 Stars for a sandwich which doesn’t fall apart mid meal.
Talk about horrible customer service!We ordered a Chicago stuffed deep dish pizza. Ended up with a Chicago deep dish. I specifically said I wanted the ingredients inside so that would assume a stuffed pizza.We called and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. We ended up taking the pizza in the next day, 2 slices missing since I had surgery prior to this and hadn't eaten in 24 hours, I would have ate the cardboard I was so hungry.We asked them to make it correctly and they told us they listed to the phone call, what pizza places record their phone calls. They said they will give us a 15 dollar credit for next time.This place has horrible customer service. We will not be going back
Picked up pizza for my son, it was delicious, I forgot to get the cheese on garlic bread, they were so nice to put back in oven and added the cheese. Also decided to order a salad while there. The salad was fresh and Italian dressing was really good. No disappointment here. Thank you for the great service and delicious food
Easy online ordering process, friendly service during in-store pickup, and the pizza tasted great. We ordered thin crust with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms, and asked for it well done. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great.
The pizza was fantastic, I swear I must’ve been the first stop because it as if it came right out of the oven! Best delivery pizza around in my opinion. The only hiccup was they forgot peppers, Parmesan and the stupid ranch. Hey, it happens and I honestly didn’t care after I started eating! Lol.

After ordering from here.I read a lot of bad reviews and thought I’d have buyers remorse; happily, I did not. The pizza arrived at least 15 minutes before quoted delivery time. It was hot, plenty of toppings and really good! I’ll definitely order from here again.
