Denise was so swag and nice! Their card machine wasn’t working for a few minutes and she was trying to hard to fix it while being patient and helping us. She even took the photos for me! ?

Nice selection of boba drinks and speciality ice creams. Love the burborn toffee and honey lavender flavor in ice cream. Will definitely visit again to try out their boba drinks. Cute and clean place to hangout with ample seating. Friendly staff.
I've gone to Rewind so many times and have tried several great boba drinks here. They use great quality ingredients. The quality of their matcha is excellent, but unfortunately the other flavors in their matcha boba drinks usually somewhat mask the taste of it. If you don't mind that then I highly recommend any of their boba drinks with matcha. Otherwise their plain matcha latte is really tasty if you get a lower sweetness level in my opinion. I really love their rose matcha latte as well, but a couple of times the milk taste overpowered the rose taste. Besides these minor issues I've encountered I really like Rewind! I've also had their ice cream, and the honey lavender is amazing, fresh, and great quality!
The staff is friendly and the options are whimsical. Beware, the ice cream and milk shakes are very expensive. The boba tea is the standard price with some variety, but it is very Americanized. With all the other boba places around, I probably won’t return.
This place is really great. The staff is really nice. They have an endless variety of items to choose from. Only downside is it is pricey.
Insanely delicious mixes of soft serve and cereal with all the toppings you could want. Would be a cute date spot.
Unfortunate experience, as we were looking forward to their vegan ice cream selection.The phone’s automated message tells you to look online for the current selection, so great! We checked. Wonderful, a few awesome sounding options that we were excited to try.We arrive, none of them are available. What a joke. This is why I call every single time, to avoid wasting what precious time we have. Were I able to speak to a person, they would have been able to tell me that store leadership does not update the online menu. I could’ve avoided a waste of a trip. Thank you for the waste of time, I appreciate it immensely XOXO ?
1 star specifically because of the honey lavender flavor. I spit out probably 2 grams worth of straight up lavender buds through the duration of my 1 scoop. I wish I took it back and got a different flavor but it was really busy. Whoever thought this flavor/ putting straight up dried lavender buds was a good idea needs fired. By far worst ice cream I've ever had. Unreal.
