This was my first trip to a Red Robin and I didn't know what to expect. It was good. My burger tasted great and it was hot. I was a little disappointed that my burger patty was cooked to a closer to well done state than I requested but it was still juicy and flavorful. The garlic fries tasted amazing and the server was on top of it, coming by often to check in on us and if we needed anything.I'd go back.
Flavourful burger. Sauce is a little too much for my liking and overtake the patty’s taste. Fries are good.
Very dissapointed no wifi or zucchini fries half the reason we go there to post location advertise where we are use wifi and love those fries . Alot of people are dissapointed about both of these things ;[ Is it about the customers?;[This site wont let me put i was here today apirl lol and I came here today with my son for my birthday so it wa sok but dissapointed server didnt offer dessert after seeing my coupon for bday burger and not saying anything bout bday and of course no suchini fries my favorite and no wifi ;[My son goes to red robin a cpl times a month in peoria i live in chandler where he comes to visit me once a month
How gross. The cheeseburger was half RAW. we could have gotten really sick.... absolutely disappointing and a waste of money...will never go there again. just wow... Bad
My daughter and I love Red Robin !! Great customer service. The young ladies up front are very kind, & always know when I come in /or when I order. Steaks fries are delicious with campfire and ranch dressing ?
i walked in with a party of 5 and was told that it would be a 10 min wait and it turned out be around a 20 min wait and no one checked in on us whatsoever. we were ignored and then after that we were sat at an extremely dirty, sticky table. the table was extremely greasy and my friend placed her magazine on the table and she picked it up to read it. the table was so incredibly sticky that it ripped her magazine. regardless if u believe covid to be a serious thing or not, this is disgusting. this does not come anywhere near health codes. not only we’re the tables horrendous but the customer service was below horrible. my table and i were constantly ignored and the restaurant was not busy. my father had a coupon for a free burger and the waitress never applied it and way overcharged us. terrible terrible terrible. do NOT recommend at all.
Walked in to place a quick pick up order while I waited. Staff was as attentive as possible considering how obviously short staffed they were. I ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for an order of pretzel bites and a small kids shake....but it was well worth the wait and $11.
Absolutely love Red Robin. Burnin Love Burger is a go to but this time I tried their new Scorpion Burger! Delicious! Campfire sauce goes on everything!
Great place to eat…friendly staff and great service.
Their service was on point. Came in with the family. To my surprise they weren't busy at all 7pm on a Monday. The server was quick with drinks, appetizer came out quick and before we even finished the appetizer our dinner came out. The hamburgers were cooked to our liking, my kids had endless mac&cheese and the server was on top of it. In these times, its so hard to go to a restaurant and have amazing quick service so I appreciate that the 1 night I did not want to cook, the service was amazing. Thank you so much.
